Romans 13:2-4
2So that he that sets himself in opposition to the authorityG1849 resistsG436 the ordinance of 1GodG2316; and they who [thus] resistG436 shall bring sentence of guilt on themselves.
3For rulersG758 areG1510 not a terror to a goodG18 workG2041, but to an evilG2556 [oneG3588]. Dost thou desireG2309 then not to beG1510 afraidG5399 of the authorityG1849? practise [what isG1510] goodG18, and thou shalt have praiseG1868 from it;
4for it isG1510 2God's ministerG1249 to thee for goodG18. But if thou practisest evilG2556, fearG5399; for it bears not the swordG3162 in vainG1500; for it isG1510 3God's ministerG1249, an avenger for wrathG3709 to him that does evilG2556.
