Proverbs 25:21-28
21If thine enemy be hungryH7457, giveH8248 him breadH3899 to eatH398; and if he be thirstyH6771, giveH8248 him waterH4325 to drinkH8248: 22for thou shalt heap coalsH1513 of fire upon his headH7218, and Jehovah shall rewardH7999 thee. 23The northH6828 windH7307 bringeth forth rainH1653, and the angry countenance a backbiting tongueH3956. 24It is betterH2896 to dwellH3427 in a cornerH6438 of the housetop, than with a contentious womanH802, and a houseH1004 in common. 25[As] cold watersH4325 to a thirsty soulH5315, so is goodH2896 newsH8052 from a far country. 26A troubled fountainH4726, and a defiled well, is a righteousH6662 [man] that giveth way before the wickedH7563. 27It is not goodH2896 to eatH398 muchH7235 honeyH1706; and to searchH2714 into weighty matters is [itself] a weight. 28He that hath no rule over his own spiritH7307 is [as] a cityH5892 brokenH6555 downH6555, without wallsH2346.
