Joshua 4:3-9
and commandH6680 them, sayingH559, TakeH5375 up hence out of the midstH8432 of the JordanH3383, from the placeH4411 whereH834 the priests' feetH7272 stood firm, twelve stonesH68, and carryH5375 them over with you, and lay them down in the lodging-place whereH834 ye shall lodge this nightH3915.
And JoshuaH3091 calledH7121 the twelve menH376, whom he had appointedH3559 of the children of IsraelH3478, a manH376 out of every tribeH7626;
and JoshuaH3091 saidH559 to them, PassH5674 before the arkH727 of Jehovah your 1GodH430 into the midstH8432 of the JordanH3383, and liftH7311 up each of you a stoneH68 [and put it] upon his shoulderH7926, according to the numberH4557 of the tribesH7626 of the children of IsraelH3478,
that this may beH1961 a signH226 in your midstH7130. When your children askH7592 hereafter, sayingH559, What mean ye by these stonesH68?
then ye shall sayH559 to them, That the watersH4325 of the JordanH3383 were cutH3772 off before the arkH727 of the covenantH1285 of Jehovah; when it went through the JordanH3383, the watersH4325 of the JordanH3383 were cutH3772 off. And these stonesH68 shall beH1961 for a memorialH2146 unto the children of IsraelH3478 for everH5769.
And the children of IsraelH3478 did soH3651, as JoshuaH3091 had commandedH6680, and tookH5375 up twelve stonesH68 out of the midstH8432 of the JordanH3383, as Jehovah had spokenH1696 to JoshuaH3091, according to the numberH4557 of the tribesH7626 of the children of IsraelH3478; and they carriedH5375 them over with them to the lodging-place, and laid them down there.
And twelve stonesH68 did JoshuaH3091 setH6965 up in the midstH8432 of the JordanH3383, in the placeH8478 where the feetH7272 of the priestsH3548 who boreH5375 the arkH727 of the covenantH1285 had stoodH6965 firm; and they are there to this dayH3117.
