Joshua 4:19-24
19And the peopleH5971 cameH5927 up out of the JordanH3383 on the tenth of the firstH7223 monthH2320, and encampedH2583 in GilgalH1537, on the eastern extremity of JerichoH3405. 20And those twelve stonesH68 which they had takenH3947 out of the JordanH3383 did JoshuaH3091 setH6965 up in GilgalH1537. 21And he spoke to the children of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, WhenH834 your children hereafter askH7592 their fathersH1, sayingH559, What [mean] these stonesH68? 22then ye shall let your children knowH3045, sayingH559, On dryH3004 landH3004 did IsraelH3478 come over this JordanH3383; 23because Jehovah your 1GodH430 driedH3001 up the watersH4325 of the JordanH3383 from before you, until ye had passedH5674 over, as Jehovah your 2GodH430 did to the Red seaH3220, which he driedH3001 up from before us, until we had passedH5674 over; 24that all peoplesH5971 of the earthH776 might knowH3045 the handH3027 of Jehovah, that it is mightyH2389; that ye might fearH3372 Jehovah your 3GodH430 continually.
