Joshua 23:4-8
Behold, I have divided unto you by lot for an inheritanceH5159, according to your tribesH7626, these nationsH1471 that remainH7604, from the JordanH3383, as well as all the nationsH1471 that I have cutH3772 off, as far as the greatH1419 seaH3220 toward the sun-setting.
And Jehovah your 1GodH430, he will expel them from before you, and dispossessH3423 them from out of your sight; and ye shall takeH3423 possessionH3423 of their landH776, as Jehovah your 2GodH430 hath saidH1696 unto you.
And be ye veryH3966 courageous to keepH8104 and to do all that is writtenH3789 in the bookH5612 of the lawH8451 of MosesH4872, that ye turnH5493 not asideH5493 therefrom to the rightH3225 handH3225 or to the left;
that ye enter not among these nationsH1471, these that remainH7604 among you; and ye shall make no mention of the nameH8034 of their 3godsH430, nor cause to swearH7650 [by them], neither serveH5647 them, nor bowH7812 yourselves unto them;
but ye shall cleave unto Jehovah your 4GodH430, as ye have done unto this dayH3117.
