Joshua 23:12-16

12For if ye in any wise goH935 backH7725, and cleave unto the residue of these nationsH1471, these that remainH7604 among you, and make marriages with them, and comeH935 in unto them and they unto you: 13knowH3045 for a certainty that Jehovah your 1GodH430 will no more dispossessH3423 these nationsH1471 from before you, and they shall beH1961 snaresH4170 and traps unto you, and scourges in your sidesH6654, and thorns in your eyesH5869, until ye perishH6 from off this goodH2896 landH127 which Jehovah your 2GodH430 hath givenH5414 you. 14And behold, I am goingH1980 this dayH3117 the wayH1870 of all the earthH776; and ye knowH3045 in all your heartH3824, and in all your soulH5315, that not oneH259 thingH1697 hath failed of all the goodH2896 wordsH1697 that Jehovah your 3GodH430 hath spokenH1696 concerning you: all are comeH935 to pass unto you — not oneH259 thingH1697 hath failed thereof. 15But it shall comeH935 to pass, that as every goodH2896 wordH1697 hath beenH1961 fulfilled to you, that Jehovah your 4GodH430 spokeH1696 to you, soH3651 will Jehovah bringH935 upon you every evilH7451 wordH1697, until he have destroyedH8045 you from off this goodH2896 landH127 which Jehovah your 5GodH430 hath givenH5414 you; 16whenH834 ye transgressH5674 the covenantH1285 of Jehovah your 6GodH430 which he commandedH6680 you, and goH1980 and serveH5647 otherH312 7godsH430, and bowH7812 yourselves unto them, so that the angerH639 of Jehovah shall be kindled against you, and ye shall perishH6 quicklyH4120 from off the goodH2896 landH776 which he hath givenH5414 unto you.
