Darby Bible
Joshua 1:5-9
5None shall beH1961 able to standH3320 before thee all the daysH3117 of thy life: as I wasH1961 with MosesH4872, so will I beH1961 with thee; I will not leaveH5800 thee, neither will I forsakeH5800 thee.
6Be strongH2388 and courageousH553, for thou shalt cause this peopleH5971 to inheritH5157 the landH776 which I have swornH7650 unto their fathersH1 to giveH5414 them.
7OnlyH7535 be strongH2388 and veryH3966 courageousH553, that thou mayest takeH2388 heedH8104 to do according to all the lawH8451 that MosesH4872 my servantH5650 commandedH6680 thee. TurnH5493 not from it to the rightH3225 or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.
8This bookH5612 of the lawH8451 shall not departH4185 from thy mouthH6310; and thou shalt meditateH1897 upon it dayH3119 and nightH3915, that thou mayest takeH8104 heedH8104 to do according to all that is writtenH3789 therein; for thenH227 shalt thou have good successH6743 in thy waysH1870, and thenH227 shalt thou prosperH6743.
9Have I not commandedH6680 thee: Be strongH2388 and courageousH553? Be not afraid, neither be dismayedH2865; for Jehovah thy 1GodH430 is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
