1 Kings 9:7-9
7then will I cutH3772 off IsraelH3478 out of the landH127 which I have givenH5414 them; and the houseH1004, which I have hallowed to my nameH8034, will I cast out of my sight; and IsraelH3478 shall beH1961 a proverbH4912 and a by word among all peoplesH5971;
8and this houseH1004, [which] is high, every oneH2088 that passesH5674 by it shall beH1961 astonished at, and shall hissH8319, and they shall sayH559, WhyH4100 has Jehovah done thusH3602 to this landH776 and to this houseH1004?
9And they shall sayH559, Because they forsook Jehovah their 1GodH430, who broughtH935 forthH3318 their fathersH1 out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, and have attached themselves to otherH312 2godsH430, and have worshipped them and servedH5647 them; thereforeH3651 has Jehovah broughtH935 upon them all this evilH7451.
