Isaiah 46

BelH1078 crouchesH3766; NeboH5015 H1961 cowersH7164. Their idolsH6091 weigh down beastsH2416 and cattleH929. The images you carryH5385 are burdensomeH6006, a loadH4853 to the wearyH5889 animal.2The gods cowerH7164; they crouchH3766 togetherH3162, unableH3808 H3201 to relieveH4422 the burdenH4853; but theyH5315 themselves goH1980 into captivityH7628.

“ListenH8085 to MeH413, O houseH1004 of JacobH3290,allH3605 the remnantH7611 of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478,who have been sustainedH6006 fromH4480 the wombH990,carried alongH5375 sinceH4480 birthH7356.4Even toH5704 your old ageH2209, IH589 will be the sameH1931,and IH589 will bear you upH5445 whenH5704 you turn grayH7872.IH589 have made youH6213, and IH589 will carry youH5375;IH589 will sustain youH5445 and deliver youH4422.

To whomH4310 will you liken MeH1819 or count Me equalH7737?To whom will you compare MeH4911, that we should be alikeH1819?6They pour outH2107 their bagsH3599 of goldH2091and weigh outH8254 silverH3701 on scalesH7070;they hireH7936 a goldsmithH6884 to fashion itH6213 into a godH410,so they can bow downH5456 andH637 worshipH7812.7They liftH5375 it toH5921 their shoulderH3802and carry it alongH5445;they setH5117 it in its placeH8478, and there it standsH5975,notH3808 budgingH4185 fromH637 that spotH4725.They cry outH6817 to itH413, but it does notH3808 answerH6030;it savesH3467 no oneH3808 from his troublesH6869.

RememberH2142 thisH2063 and be braveH377;takeH7725 it toH5921 heartH3820, you transgressorsH6586!9RememberH2142 what happenedH7223 long agoH5769,forH3588 IH595 am GodH410, and there is noH369 otherH5750;I am GodH430, and there is noneH657 like MeH3644.10I declareH5046 the endH319 from the beginningH7225,and from ancient timesH6924 whatH834 is stillH3808 to comeH6213.I sayH559, ‘My purposeH6098 will standH6965,and allH3605 My good pleasureH2656 I will accomplishH6213.’11I summonH7121 a bird of preyH5861 from the eastH4217,a manH376 for My purposeH6098 from a far-offH4801 landH776.TrulyH637 I have spokenH1696,and trulyH637 I will bring it to passH935.I have planned itH3335,and I will surelyH637 do itH6213.

ListenH8085 to MeH413, you stubbornH47 peopleH3820,far removedH7350 from righteousnessH6666:13I am bringing My righteousnessH6666 nearH7126;it is notH3808 far awayH7368, and My salvationH8668 will notH3808 be delayedH309.I will grantH5414 salvationH8668 to ZionH6726and adorn IsraelH3478 with My splendorH8597.
