23When the LORDיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068passes throughוְעָבַ֣רve.'a.VarH5674to strike downלִנְגֹּ֣ףlin.GofH5062אֶת־'et-H853the Egyptiansמִצְרַיִם֒mitz.ra.YimH4714,He will seeוְרָאָ֤הve.ra.'AhH7200אֶת־'et-H853the bloodהַדָּם֙ha.DamH1818onעַל־'al-H5921the topהַמַּשְׁק֔וֹףha.mash.KofH4947andוְעַ֖לve.'AlH5921sides of the doorframeשְׁתֵּ֣י הַמְּזוּזֹ֑תshe.Tei ha.me.zu.ZotH8147H4201יְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068and will passוּפָסַ֤חu.fa.SachH6452overעַל־'al-H5921that doorwayהַפֶּ֔תַחha.Pe.tachH6607;so He will notוְלֹ֤אve.Lo'H3808allowיִתֵּן֙yi.TenH5414the destroyerהַמַּשְׁחִ֔יתha.mash.ChitH7843to enterלָבֹ֥א אֶל־la.Vo' 'el-H935H413your housesבָּתֵּיכֶ֖םba.tei.KhemH1004and strike you downלִנְגֹּֽף׃lin.GofH5062.

30During the nightלַ֗יְלָהLay.lahH3915Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֜הpar.'OhH6547got upוַיָּ֨קָםvai.Ya.komH6965—heה֤וּאhu'H1931and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605his officialsעֲבָדָיו֙'a.va.DavH5650and allוְכָל־ מִצְרַ֔יִםve.khol mitz.Ra.yimH3605H4714the Egyptiansבְּמִצְרָ֑יִםbe.mitz.Ra.yimH4714—and there wasוַתְּהִ֛יva.te.HiH1961loudגְדֹלָ֖הge.do.LahH1419wailingצְעָקָ֥הtze.'a.KahH6818in Egyptכִּֽי־ki-H3588;for there was noאֵ֣ין'einH369houseבַּ֔יִתBa.yitH1004אֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834withoutאֵֽין־ שָׁ֖ם'ein- shamH369H8033someone deadמֵֽת׃MetH4191.
31Then Pharaoh summonedוַיִּקְרָא֩vai.yik.Ra'H7121Mosesלְמֹשֶׁ֨הle.mo.ShehH4872and Aaronוּֽלְאַהֲרֹ֜ןu.le.'a.ha.RonH175by nightלַ֗יְלָהLay.lahH3915and saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559, “Get upק֤וּמוּKu.muH6965,leaveצְּאוּ֙ מִתּ֣וֹךְtze.'U mi.TokhH3318H8432my peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971,bothגַּם־gam-H1571youאַתֶּ֖ם'a.TemH859andגַּם־gam-H1571the Israelitesבְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑לbe.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478!Goוּלְכ֛וּu.le.KhuH1980,worshipעִבְד֥וּ'iv.DuH5647אֶת־'et-H853the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068as you have requestedכְּדַבֶּרְכֶֽם׃ke.da.ber.KhemH1696.

33And in order to send themלְשַׁלְּחָ֣םle.sha.le.ChamH7971out ofמִן־min-H4480the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776quicklyלְמַהֵ֖רle.ma.HerH4116,the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֙יִם֙ עַל־mitz.Ra.yim 'al-H4714H5921urgedוַתֶּחֱזַ֤קva.te.che.ZakH2388the people onהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971. “Forכִּ֥יkiH3588otherwise,”they saidאָמְר֖וּ'a.me.RuH559, “we are allכֻּלָּ֥נוּku.La.nuH3605going to dieמֵתִֽים׃me.TimH4191!”

36And the LORDוַֽיהוָ֞הva.Yah.wehH3068gaveנָתַ֨ןna.TanH5414אֶת־'et-H853the peopleהָעָ֛םha.'AmH5971such favorחֵ֥ןchenH2580in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֥יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714that they granted their requestוַיַּשְׁאִל֑וּםvai.yash.'i.LumH7592.In this way they plunderedוַֽיְנַצְּל֖וּvay.na.tze.LuH5337אֶת־'et-H853the Egyptiansמִצְרָֽיִם׃ פmitz.Ra.yimH4714.
