2 Chronicles 23:16-21
16And JehoiadaH3077 madeH3772 a covenantH1285 between himself, and all the peopleH5971, and the kingH4428, that they should beH1961 Jehovah’s peopleH5971. 17And all the peopleH5971 wentH935 to the houseH1004 of BaalH1168, and brake it downH5422, and brake his altarsH4196 and his imagesH6754 in pieces, and slewH2026 MattanH4977 the priestH3548 of BaalH1168 before the altarsH4196. 18And JehoiadaH3077 appointedH7760 the officers of the houseH1004 of Jehovah under the handH3027 of the priestsH3548 the LevitesH3881, whom DavidH1732 had distributed in the houseH1004 of Jehovah, to offerH5927 the burnt-offerings of Jehovah, as it is writtenH3789 in the lawH8451 of MosesH4872, with rejoicing and with singing, according to the order of DavidH1732. 19And he setH5975 the porters at the gatesH8179 of the houseH1004 of Jehovah, that none that was uncleanH2931 in anything should enter in. 20And he tookH3947 the captains of hundredsH3967, and the noblesH117, and the governors of the peopleH5971, and all the peopleH5971 of the landH776, and broughtH935 down the kingH4428 from the houseH1004 of Jehovah: and they cameH935 through the upperH5945 gateH8179 unto the king’sH4428 houseH1004, and set the kingH4428 upon the throneH3678 of the kingdomH4467. 21So all the peopleH5971 of the landH776 rejoicedH8055, and the cityH5892 was quietH8252. And AthaliahH6271 they had slain with the swordH2719.
