1 Samuel 20:1-3
1And DavidH1732 fledH1272 from NaiothH5121 in RamahH7414, and cameH935 and saidH559 before JonathanH3083, What have I done? what is mine iniquityH5771? and what is my sinH2403 before thy fatherH1, that he seeketh my lifeH5315?
2And he saidH559 unto him, FarH2486 from it; thou shalt not dieH4191: behold, my fatherH1 doeth nothing either greatH1419 or smallH6996, but that he discloseth it unto me; and whyH4069 should my fatherH1 hideH5641 this thingH1697 from me? it is not so.
3And DavidH1732 sware moreover, and saidH559, Thy fatherH1 knoweth well that I have foundH4672 favorH2580 in thine eyesH5869; and he saith, Let not JonathanH3083 knowH3045 this, lestH6435 he be grieved: but truly as Jehovah liveth, and as thy soulH5315 liveth, there is but a step between me and deathH4194.
