9For, behold, I am for you, and I willturnוּפָנִ֣יתִיu.fa.Ni.tiH6437to you, and ye shall betilledוְנֶעֱבַדְתֶּ֖םve.ne.'e.vad.TemH5647andsownוְנִזְרַעְתֶּֽם׃ve.niz.ra'.TemH2232:

10And I willmultiplyוְהִרְבֵּיתִ֤יve.hir.bei.TiH7235menאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120upon you, all thehouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478, even all of it: and thecitiesהֶֽעָרִ֔יםhe.'a.RimH5892shall beinhabitedוְנֹֽשְׁבוּ֙ve.no.she.VuH3427, and thewastesוְהֶחֳרָב֖וֹתve.he.cho.ra.VotH2723shall bebuiltתִּבָּנֶֽינָה׃ti.ba.Nei.nahH1129:

12Yea, I will causemenאָדָ֜ם'a.DamH120towalkH3212upon you, even mypeopleעַמִּ֤י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478; and they shallpossessוִֽירֵשׁ֔וּךָvi.re.Shu.khaH3423thee, and thou shalt be theirinheritanceלְנַחֲלָ֑הle.na.cha.LahH5159, and thou shalt nomoreתוֹסִ֥ףto.SifH3254henceforthbereaveלְשַׁכְּלָֽם׃ סle.sha.ke.LamH7921them of men .
