15It shall be thebasestשְׁפָלָ֔הshe.fa.LahH8217of thekingdomsהַמַּמְלָכוֹת֙ha.mam.la.khOtH4467; neither shall itexaltתִתְנַשֵּׂ֥אtit.na.Se'H5375itself any more above thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֑םha.go.YimH1471: for I willdiminishוְהִ֨מְעַטְתִּ֔יםve.Him.'a.TimH4591them, that they shall no moreruleרְד֥וֹתre.DotH7287over thenationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.
