Revised Version 1895
Psalms 9:8-16
8And he shall judgeH4941 the world in righteousness, he shall minister judgmentH4941 to the peoples in uprightness.
9The LORD also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble;
10And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee; for thou, LORDH3068, hast notH1961 forsaken them that seek thee.
11Sing praisesH3068 to the LORDH3068, which dwelleth in Zion: declareH3045 among the peopleH3808 his doings.
12For he that maketh inquisition for blood remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the poor.
13Have mercy upon meH7911, O LORD; beholdH3808 my affliction which I suffer of them that hate meH7911, thou that liftest meH7911 upH853 from the gates of deathH1818;
14That I may shew forth all thy praiseH7311: in the gatesH8179 of the daughter of Zion, I will rejoice in thy salvation.
