7thereforethusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: I haveliftedנָשָׂ֣אתִיna.Sa.tiH5375upH5375minehandיָדִ֑יya.DiH3027,sayingאָמַר֙'a.MarH559,Surelyאִם־'im-H518the heathen that areroundמִסָּבִ֔יבmi.sa.VivH5439aboutH5439youאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834, they shallbearיִשָּֽׂאוּ׃yi.Sa.'uH5375theirshameכְּלִמָּתָ֥םke.li.ma.TamH3639.

8But ye, Omountainsהָרֵ֤יha.ReiH2022ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, ye shall shootforthH5414yourbranchesעַנְפְּכֶ֣ם'an.pe.KhemH6057, andyieldH5414yourfruitוּפֶרְיְכֶ֥םu.fer.ye.KhemH6529to mypeopleלְעַמִּ֣יle.'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478; for they are athandH5414tocomeלָבֽוֹא׃la.Vo'H935.

9For,beholdהִנְנִ֣יhi.NiH2005, I am foryouH3588, and I willturnוּפָנִ֣יתִיu.fa.Ni.tiH6437untoyouH3588, and ye shall be tilled andsownוְנִזְרַעְתֶּֽם׃ve.niz.ra'.TemH2232:

10and I willmultiplyוְהִרְבֵּיתִ֤יve.hir.bei.TiH7235menאָדָ֔ם'a.DamH120uponH5921youH3605,allH3605thehouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,evenH5921allH3605of it: and thecitiesהֶֽעָרִ֔יםhe.'a.RimH5892shall beinhabitedוְנֹֽשְׁבוּ֙ve.no.she.VuH3427, and thewasteוְהֶחֳרָב֖וֹתve.he.cho.ra.VotH2723placesH2723shall be builded:

11and I willmultiplyוְהִרְבֵּיתִ֧יve.hir.bei.TiH7235uponH5921youH3588manאָדָ֥ם'a.DamH120andbeastוּבְהֵמָ֖הu.ve.he.MahH929; and they shallincreaseוְרָב֣וּve.ra.VuH7235, and befruitfulוּפָר֑וּu.fa.RuH6509: and I will causeyouH3588to beinhabitedוְהוֹשַׁבְתִּ֨יve.ho.shav.TiH3427afterH5921yourformerכְּקַדְמֽוֹתֵיכֶ֗םke.kad.mo.tei.KhemH6927estate, and willdoאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589betterH5921untoyouH3588thanH5921at your beginnings: and ye shallknowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֖םvi.da'.TemH3045that I am theLORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

12Yea, I willcauseוְהָיִ֥יתָve.ha.Yi.taH1961menאָדָ֜ם'a.DamH120to walkuponH5921youH5921,evenH5750mypeopleעַמִּ֤י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478; and they shallpossessוִֽירֵשׁ֔וּךָvi.re.Shu.khaH3423thee, and thou shalt be theirinheritanceלְנַחֲלָ֑הle.na.cha.LahH5159, and thou shaltnoוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808moreH5750henceforthbereaveלְשַׁכְּלָֽם׃ סle.sha.ke.LamH7921them ofchildrenH7921.

13Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136:Becauseיַ֚עַןYa.'anH3282theysayH559untoyouאָ֑תְּ'a.tiH859, Thou land art adevourerאֹכֶ֥לֶת'o.Khe.letH398ofmenאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120, and hast been a bereaver of thynationגּוֹיַ֖יִךְgo.yekhH1471;

14therefore thou shaltdevourתֹ֣אכְלִיTokh.liH398menאָדָם֙'a.DamH120noלֹא־lo'-H3808moreH5750,neitherלֹ֣אlo'H3808bereaveH3782thynationוְגוֹיַ֖יִךְve.go.yekhH1471anyH5750moreH5750, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136;

15neitherH3808will IletH3808theehearאַשְׁמִ֨יעַ'ash.Mi.a'H8085anyH5750moreH5750theshameH2781of the heathen,neitherH3808shalt thoubearתִשְׂאִי־tis.'i-H5375thereproachוְחֶרְפַּ֥תve.cher.PatH2781of thepeoplesעַמִּ֖ים'a.MimH5971anyH5750moreH5750,neitherH3808shalt thou cause thynationH1471tostumbleתַכְשִׁ֣לִיtakh.Shi.liH3782anyH5750moreH5750, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136.

16MoreoverH1961thewordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068cameH1961untomeאֵלַ֥י'e.LaiH413,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

17Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofmanאָדָ֗ם'a.DamH120, when thehouseבֵּ֤יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478dweltיֹשְׁבִ֣יםyo.she.VimH3427in theirownהָיְתָ֥הha.ye.TahH1961landאַדְמָתָ֔ם'ad.ma.TamH127, theydefiledוַיְטַמְּא֣וּvay.ta.me.'UH2930it by theirwayבְּדַרְכָּ֖םbe.dar.KamH1870and by their doings: theirwayדַרְכָּ֖םdar.KamH1870beforeH6440meH6440was as theuncleannessהַנִּדָּ֔הha.ni.DahH5079of awomanH1004inherעַל־'al-H5921separation.

18Wherefore Ipouredוָאֶשְׁפֹּ֤ךְva.'esh.PokhH8210outH8210myfuryחֲמָתִי֙cha.ma.TiH2534uponעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם'a.lei.HemH5921them for thebloodהַדָּ֖םha.DamH1818whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834they hadpouredשָׁפְכ֣וּsha.fe.KhuH8210outH8210uponעַל־'al-H5921thelandהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776, andbecauseעַל־'al-H5921they haddefiledטִמְּאֽוּהָ׃ti.me.'U.haH2930it with theiridolsוּבְגִלּוּלֵיהֶ֖םu.ve.gi.lu.lei.HemH1544:

19and IscatteredH2219them among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471, and they weredispersedH2219throughH776thecountriesH776: according to theirwayכְּדַרְכָּ֥םke.dar.KamH1870and according to their doings Ijudgedשְׁפַטְתִּֽים׃she.fa.TimH8199them.

20And when theycameH935unto thenationsהַגּוֹיִם֙ha.go.YimH1471, whither theywentH3318, theyprofanedוַֽיְחַלְּל֖וּvay.cha.le.LuH2490myholyקָדְשִׁ֑יkod.shiH6944nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034; in thatmenH5971saidבֶּאֱמֹ֤רbe.'e.MorH559of them,Theseאֵ֔לֶּה'E.lehH428are thepeopleעַם־'am-H5971of theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068, and aregoneH3318forthH3318outH3318of hislandוּמֵאַרְצ֖וֹu.me.'ar.TzoH776.

21But I hadpityוָאֶחְמֹ֖לva.'ech.MolH2550for mineholyקָדְשִׁ֑יkod.shiH6944nameשֵׁ֣םshemH8034,whichH834thehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478hadprofanedחִלְּל֙וּהוּ֙chi.le.Lu.huH2490among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֖םba.go.YimH1471, whither theywentבָּ֥אוּBa.'uH935.

22ThereforesayH559unto thehouseלְבֵֽית־le.veit-H1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478,Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: Idoעֹשֶׂ֖ה'o.SehH6213notלֹ֧אlo'H3808this for yoursakeלְמַעַנְכֶ֛םle.ma.'an.KhemH4616, Ohouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478, but for mineholyקָדְשִׁי֙kod.shiH6944nameלְשֵׁם־le.shem-H8034,whichH834ye haveprofanedחִלַּלְתֶּ֔םchi.lal.TemH2490among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֖םba.go.YimH1471, whither yewentבָּ֥אתֶםBa.temH935.

23And I willsanctifyוְקִדַּשְׁתִּ֞יve.ki.dash.TiH6942mygreatהַגָּד֗וֹלha.ga.DolH1419nameשְׁמִ֣יshe.MiH8034,whichH834hath beenprofanedהַֽמְחֻלָּל֙ham.chu.LalH2490among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471,whichH834ye haveprofanedחִלַּלְתֶּ֖םchi.lal.TemH2490in themidstבְּתוֹכָ֑םbe.to.KhamH8432of them; and thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֜םha.go.YimH1471shallknowוְיָדְע֨וּve.ya.de.'UH3045that I am theLORDH3068, saith theLordH3068GODH3068, when I shall besanctifiedבְּהִקָּדְשִׁ֥יbe.hi.ka.de.ShiH6942inyouH834beforeH5869theireyesלְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃le.'ei.nei.HemH5869.

24For I willtakeוְלָקַחְתִּ֤יve.la.kach.TiH3947youH3605from among thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471, andgatherוְקִבַּצְתִּ֥יve.ki.batz.TiH6908youH3605outמִן־min-H4480ofallH3605thecountriesH776, and willbringוְהֵבֵאתִ֥יve.he.ve.TiH935youH3605intoאֶל־'el-H413your ownlandהָאֲרָצ֑וֹתha.'a.ra.TzotH776.

25And I willsprinkleוְזָרַקְתִּ֧יve.za.rak.TiH2236cleanH2889waterמַ֥יִםMa.yimH4325uponעֲלֵיכֶ֛ם'a.lei.KhemH5921youH3605, and ye shall becleanH2889: fromallH3605your filthiness, and fromallH3605youridolsגִּלּ֥וּלֵיכֶ֖םgi.Lu.lei.KhemH1544, will IcleanseH2891youH3605.

26Anewחָדָ֔שׁcha.DashH2319heartלֵ֣בlevH3820also will Igiveוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414youH5414, and anewחֲדָשָׁ֖הcha.da.ShahH2319spiritוְר֥וּחַve.Ru.achH7307will Iputאֶתֵּ֣ן'e.TenH5414withinבְּקִרְבְּכֶ֑םbe.kir.be.KhemH7130youH5414: and I willtakeH5493awayH5493the stonyheartלֵ֤בlevH3820outאֶת־'et-H853of yourfleshמִבְּשַׂרְכֶ֔םmi.be.sar.KhemH1320, and I willgiveוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414youH5414artheartלֵ֥בlevH3820offleshבָּשָֽׂר׃ba.SarH1320.

27And I willputאֶתֵּ֣ן'e.TenH5414myspiritרוּחִ֖יru.ChiH7307withinבְּקִרְבְּכֶ֑םbe.kir.be.KhemH7130youH834, andcauseH4941youH834to walk in mystatutesבְּחֻקַּי֙be.chu.KaiH2706, and ye shallkeepתִּשְׁמְר֖וּtish.me.RuH8104myjudgmentsוּמִשְׁפָּטַ֥יu.mish.pa.TaiH4941, anddoH6213them.

28And ye shalldwellוִישַׁבְתֶּ֣םvi.shav.TemH3427in thelandבָּאָ֔רֶץba.'A.retzH776that Igaveנָתַ֖תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414to yourfathersלַאֲבֹֽתֵיכֶ֑םla.'a.vo.tei.KhemH1; and ye shall be mypeopleלְעָ֔םle.'AmH5971, and I will be yourGodלֵאלֹהִֽים׃le.lo.HimH430.

29And I willsaveוְהוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣יve.ho.sha'.TiH3467youH5414fromallמִכֹּ֖לmi.KolH3605your uncleannesses: and I willcallוְקָרָ֤אתִיve.ka.Ra.tiH7121for the corn, and willmultiplyוְהִרְבֵּיתִ֣יve.hir.bei.TiH7235it, andlayH5414noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808famineרָעָֽב׃ra.'AvH7458uponעֲלֵיכֶ֖ם'a.lei.KhemH5921youH5414.

30And I willmultiplyH7235thefruitפְּרִ֣יpe.RiH6529of thetreeהָעֵ֔ץha.'EtzH6086, and theincreaseוְהִרְבֵּיתִי֙ve.hir.bei.TiH7235of thefieldהַשָּׂדֶ֑הha.sa.DehH7704, that ye shallreceiveתִקְח֥וּtik.ChuH3947noלֹ֣אlo'H3808moreע֛וֹדodH5750thereproachחֶרְפַּ֥תcher.PatH2781offamineרָעָ֖בra.'AvH7458among thenationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.

31Then shall yerememberוּזְכַרְתֶּם֙u.ze.khar.TemH2142yourevilהָרָעִ֔יםha.ra.'ImH7451waysדַּרְכֵיכֶ֣םdar.khei.KhemH1870, and yourdoingsוּמַעַלְלֵיכֶ֖םu.ma.'a.lei.KhemH4611that werenotלֹֽא־lo'-H3808goodטוֹבִ֑יםto.VimH2896; and ye shall loathe yourselves in yourownH6440sightH6440for youriniquitiesעֲוֹנֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔ם'a.vo.No.tei.KhemH5771and for yourabominationsתּוֹעֲבֽוֹתֵיכֶֽם׃to.'a.Vo.tei.KhemH8441.

32Notלֹ֧אlo'H3808for yoursakeלְמַעַנְכֶ֣םle.ma.'an.KhemH4616doעֹשֶׂ֗ה'o.SehH6213I this, saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136, be itknownH3045untoyouH3045: beashamedבּ֧וֹשׁוּBo.o.shuH954andconfoundedוְהִכָּלְמ֛וּve.hi.kal.MuH3637for yourwaysמִדַּרְכֵיכֶ֖םmi.dar.khei.KhemH1870, Ohouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ סYis.ra.'ElH3478.

33Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: In thedayבְּיוֹם֙be.yOmH3117that Icleanseטַהֲרִ֣יta.ha.RiH2891youH3605fromallH3605youriniquitiesעֲוֹנֽוֹתֵיכֶ֑םa.vo.no.tei.KhemH5771, I will cause thecitiesהֶ֣עָרִ֔יםhe.'a.RimH5892to beinhabitedוְהֽוֹשַׁבְתִּי֙ve.ho.shav.TiH3427, and thewasteהֶחֳרָבֽוֹת׃he.cho.ra.VotH2723placesH2723shall be builded.

34And thelandוְהָאָ֥רֶץve.ha.'A.retzH776that wasdesolateהַנְּשַׁמָּ֖הha.ne.sha.MahH8074shall be tilled,whereasתַּ֚חַתTa.chatH8478it was adesolationשְׁמָמָ֔הshe.ma.MahH8077in thesightלְעֵינֵ֖יle.'ei.NeiH5869ofallכָּל־kol-H3605thatpassedעוֹבֵֽר׃o.VerH5674by.

35And they shallsayוְאָמְר֗וּve.'a.me.RuH559, Thislandהָאָ֤רֶץha.'A.retzH776that wasdesolateH8074isbecomeהָיְתָ֖הha.ye.TahH1961like thegardenכְּגַן־ke.gan-H1588ofEdenעֵ֑דֶן'E.denH5731; and thewasteH8074anddesolateH8074andruinedוְהַנֶּהֱרָס֖וֹתve.ha.ne.he.ra.SotH2040citiesוְהֶעָרִ֧יםve.he.'a.RimH5892are fenced andinhabitedיָשָֽׁבוּ׃ya.Sha.vuH3427.

36Then thenationsהַגּוֹיִ֗םha.go.YimH1471that areleftיִֽשָּׁאֲרוּ֮yi.sha.'a.RuH7604roundH5439aboutH5439youH834shallknowוְיָדְע֣וּve.ya.de.'UH3045that I theLORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068have builded theruinedH2040placesH2040, andplantedנָטַ֖עְתִּיna.Ta'.tiH5193thatwhichH834wasdesolateהַנְּשַׁמָּ֑הha.ne.sha.MahH8074: I theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068havespokenדִּבַּ֥רְתִּיdi.Bar.tiH1696it, and I willdoוְעָשִֽׂיתִי׃ סve.'a.Si.tiH6213it.

37Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saith theLordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODH136: For thismoreoverH3541will I beinquiredאִדָּרֵ֥שׁ'i.da.ReshH1875of by thehouseלְבֵֽית־le.veit-H1004ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478; todoלַעֲשׂ֣וֹתla.'a.SotH6213it for them; I willincreaseאַרְבֶּ֥ה'ar.BehH7235them withmenאָדָֽם׃'a.DamH120like aflockכַּצֹּ֖אןka.TzonH6629.
