Galatians 2:11-21

11But whenG3753 1CephasG2786 cameG2064 to 2AntiochG490, I opposedG436 him to his faceG4383, becauseG3754 he 3stood condemnedG2607. 12For priorG4253 to the comingG2064 of someG5100 menG5100 from 4 5JamesG2385, he used to 6eatG4906 with the GentilesG1484; but whenG3753 they cameG2064, he began to withdrawG5288 and separateG873 himselfG1438, 7fearingG5399 those from the circumcisionG4061. 13The restG3062 of the JewsG2453 joinedG4942 him inG4942 hypocrisyG4942, withG5620 theG5620 resultG5620 thatG5620 evenG2532 8BarnabasG921 was carriedG4879 awayG4879 by their hypocrisyG5272. 14But whenG3753 I sawG3708 that they 9were not 10straightforwardG3716 aboutG4314 11the truthG225 of the gospelG2098, I saidG3004 to 12CephasG2786 inG1715 theG1715 presenceG1715 of allG3956, “IfG1487 you, beingG5225 a JewG2453, 13liveG2198 likeG1483 the GentilesG1483 and not likeG2452 the JewsG2452, howG4459 is it that you compelG315 the GentilesG1484 to liveG2450 likeG2450 JewsG2450?14

15“We are 15JewsG2453 by natureG5449 and not 16sinnersG268 from the GentilesG1484; 16neverthelessG1161, knowingG3609 that 17a personG444 is not justifiedG1344 by worksG2041 of 18the LawG3551 but throughG1223 faithG4102 in ChristG5547 JesusG2424, evenG2532 we have believedG4100 in ChristG5547 JesusG2424, soG2443 thatG2443 we may be justifiedG1344 by 19faithG4102 in ChristG5547 and not by worksG2041 of 20the LawG3551; sinceG3754 21by worksG2041 of 22the LawG3551 noG3756 G3956 23fleshG4561 will be justifiedG1344. 17But ifG1487, while seekingG2212 to be justifiedG1344 in ChristG5547, we ourselvesG846 have alsoG2532 been foundG2147 24sinnersG268, is ChristG5547 thenG687 a servantG1249 of sinG266? 25 26FarG3361 fromG3361 it! 18For ifG1487 I rebuildG3618 whatG3739 I have once destroyedG2647, I 27proveG4921 myselfG1683 to be a wrongdoerG3848. 19For throughG1223 28the LawG3551 I 29diedG599 to 30the LawG3551, soG2443 thatG2443 I might liveG2198 for GodG2316. 20I have been 31crucifiedG4957 with ChristG5547; and it is noG3765 longerG3765 I who liveG2198, but 32ChristG5547 livesG2198 in me; and 33the life whichG3739 I nowG3568 liveG2198 in the fleshG4561 I liveG2198 by faithG4102 in 34the SonG5207 of GodG2316, who 35lovedG25 me and 36gaveG3860 HimselfG1438 upG3860 for me. 21I do not nullifyG114 the graceG5485 of GodG2316, for 37ifG1487 righteousnessG1343 comes throughG1223 38the LawG3551, thenG686 ChristG5547 diedG599 needlesslyG1432.”
