62and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֗ve.'a.mar.TaH559, ‘You, Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, havepromisedדִבַּ֜רְתָּdi.Bar.taH1696concerningאֶל־'el-H413thisהַזֶּה֙ha.ZehH2088placeהַמָּק֤וֹםha.ma.KomH4725tocutלְהַכְרִית֔וֹle.hakh.ri.ToH3772it offH3772, so that there will benothingלְבִלְתִּ֤יle.vil.TiH1115livingיוֹשֵׁ֔בyo.ShevH3427in it,whetherH4480manלְמֵאָדָ֖םle.me.'a.DamH120or animalבְּהֵמָ֑הbe.he.MahH929;but it will be a permanentעוֹלָ֖םo.LamH5769desolationשִׁמְמ֥וֹתshi.MotH8077.’
63And as soon as you finishכְּכַלֹּ֣תְךָ֔ke.cha.Lo.te.khaH3615readingלִקְרֹ֖אlik.Ro'H7121thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088scrollהַסֵּ֣פֶרha.Se.ferH5612,you shall tieתִּקְשֹׁ֤רtik.ShorH7194a stoneאֶ֔בֶן'E.venH68to it andthrowוְהִשְׁלַכְתּ֖וֹve.hish.lakh.ToH7993it into the middleתּ֥וֹךְTokhH8432of the Euphratesפְּרָֽת׃pe.RatH6578,
64and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֗ve.'a.mar.TaH559, ‘JustH3602soH3602shall Babylonבָּבֶ֤לba.VelH894sinkתִּשְׁקַ֨עtish.Ka'H8257downH8257andnot riseתָקוּם֙ta.KumH6965again,becauseמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH4480H6440of the disasterH7463that I am going to bringמֵבִ֥יאme.Vi'H935upon her; and they will becomeH3286exhaustedH3286.’”To thisH2008pointH2008are the wordsדִּבְרֵ֥יdiv.ReiH1697of Jeremiahיִרְמְיָֽהוּ׃ סyir.me.Ya.huH3414.
