15“Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֗ם'a.DamH120,your brothersאַחֶ֤יךָ'a.Chei.khaH251,your relativesאַחֶ֙יךָ֙'a.Chei.khaH251,your fellowH376exilesH1546,and the entireוְכָל־ve.kholH3605houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,allכֻּלֹּ֑הku.LohH3605of them, are thoseto whomאֲשֶׁר֩'a.SherH834the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֗םye.ru.sha.LimH3389have saidאָמְר֨וּ'a.me.RuH559, ‘KeepH7368farH7368from the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068;thisהִ֛יאhi'H1931landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776has been givenנִתְּנָ֥הni.te.NahH5414to us as a possessionלְמוֹרָשָֽׁה׃ סle.mo.ra.ShahH4181.’
16Thereforeלָכֵ֣ןla.KhenH3651sayאֱמֹ֗ר'e.MorH559, ‘ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068saysאָמַר֮'a.MarH559: “Thoughכִּ֤יkiH3588I had removedH7368them farהִרְחַקְתִּים֙hir.chak.TimH7368away among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִ֔םba.go.YimH1471,and thoughוְכִ֥יve.KhiH3588I had scatteredהֲפִֽיצוֹתִ֖יםha.fi.tzo.TimH6327them among the countriesבָּאֲרָצ֑וֹתba.'a.ra.TzotH776, yet I was asanctuaryלְמִקְדָּ֣שׁle.mik.DashH4720for them for a littleמְעַ֔טme.'AtH4592whileH4592in the countriesבָּאֲרָצ֖וֹתba.'a.ra.TzotH776whereאֲשֶׁר־ שָֽׁם׃ ס'a.Sher- ShamH834H8033they had goneבָּ֥אוּBa.'uH935.”’
