49“The Lordיְהוָה֩Yah.wehH3068will bringיִשָּׂ֣אyi.Sa'H5375a nationגּ֤וֹיGoyH1471againstעָלֶ֨יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921you from farH7350awayH7350,from the endמִקְצֵ֣הmik.TzehH7097of the earthהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,as the eagleהַנָּ֑שֶׁרha.Na.sherH5404swoopsH1675downיִדְאֶ֖הyid.'EhH1675;a nationגּ֕וֹיGoyH1471whoseH834languageלְשֹׁנֽוֹ׃le.sho.NoH3956you will not understandתִשְׁמַ֖עtish.Ma'H8085,

50a nationגּ֖וֹיGoyH1471with a defiantעַ֣ז'azH5794attitudeפָּנִ֑יםpa.NimH6440,whoאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834willhaveיִשָּׂ֤אyi.Sa'H5375noלֹא־lo'-H3808respectפָנִים֙fa.NimH6440for the oldלְזָקֵ֔ןle.za.KenH2205,norלֹ֥אlo'H3808showיָחֹֽן׃ya.ChonH2603favorH2603to the youngוְנַ֖עַרve.Na.'arH5288.

51Furthermore, it will eatוְ֠אָכַלVe.'a.khalH398theoffspringפְּרִ֨יpe.RiH6529of your herdבְהֶמְתְּךָ֥ve.hem.te.KhaH929and the produceוּפְרִֽי־u.fe.ri-H6529of your groundאַדְמָתְךָ֮'ad.ma.te.KhaH127untilעַ֣ד'adH5704you are destroyedהִשָּֽׁמְדָךְ֒hi.sha.me.doKhH8045; a nationthat will leaveיַשְׁאִ֜ירyash.'IrH7604you noH3808grainדָּגָן֙da.GanH1715,newתִּיר֣וֹשׁti.Ro.oshH8492wineH8492,or oilוְיִצְהָ֔רve.yitz.HarH3323,norH3808the newbornשְׁגַ֥רshe.GarH7698of your cattleאֲלָפֶ֖יךָ'a.la.Fei.khaH504or the youngוְעַשְׁתְּרֹ֣תve.'ash.te.RotH6251of your flockצֹאנֶ֑ךָtzo.Ne.khaH6629,untilעַ֥ד'adH5704they have eliminatedהַאֲבִיד֖וֹha.'a.vi.DoH6you.

52And it will besiegeוְהֵצַ֨רve.he.TzarH6887you in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605yourtownsשְׁעָרֶ֗יךָshe.'a.Rei.khaH8179untilעַ֣ד'adH5704your highהַגְּבֹה֣וֹתha.ge.vo.HotH1364and fortifiedוְהַבְּצֻר֔וֹתve.ha.be.tzu.RotH1219wallsחֹמֹתֶ֙יךָ֙cho.mo.Tei.khaH2346in whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834you trustedבֹּטֵ֥חַbo.Te.achH982comeרֶ֤דֶתRe.detH3381downH3381throughoutבְּכָל־be.kholH3605your landאַרְצֶ֑ךָ'ar.Tze.khaH776,and it will besiegeוְהֵצַ֤רve.he.TzarH6887you in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605yourtownsשְׁעָרֶ֔יךָshe.'a.Rei.khaH8179throughoutבְּכָ֨ל־be.kholH3605your landאַרְצְךָ֔'ar.tze.KhaH776whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430has givenנָתַ֛ןna.TanH5414you.

53Then you will eatוְאָכַלְתָּ֣ve.'a.khal.TaH398theoffspringפְרִֽי־fe.ri-H6529of your own bodyבִטְנְךָ֗vit.ne.KhaH990,the fleshבְּשַׂ֤רbe.SarH1320of your sonsבָּנֶ֙יךָ֙ba.Nei.khaH1121and of your daughtersוּבְנֹתֶ֔יךָu.ve.no.Tei.khaH1323whomאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֑יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430has givenנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414you, during the siegeבְּמָצוֹר֙be.ma.tzOrH4692and the hardshipוּבְמָצ֔וֹקu.ve.ma.TzokH4689by whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834your enemyH340willoppressיָצִ֥יקya.TzikH6693you.

54The manהָאִישׁ֙ha.'IshH376who isrefinedהָרַ֣ךְha.RakhH7390and veryמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966delicateוְהֶעָנֹ֖גve.he.'a.NogH6028among youwill be hostileתֵּרַ֨עte.Ra'H7489toward his brotherבְאָחִיו֙ve.'a.ChivH251,toward the wifeוּבְאֵ֣שֶׁתu.ve.'E.shetH802he cherishesחֵיק֔וֹchei.KoH2436,and toward the restוּבְיֶ֥תֶרu.ve.Ye.terH3499of his childrenבָּנָ֖יוba.NavH1121whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834are leftיוֹתִֽיר׃yo.TirH3498,

59then the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068will bringH6381extraordinaryוְהִפְלָ֤אve.hif.La'H6381plaguesH4347on you andyour descendantsזַרְעֶ֑ךָzar.'E.khaH2233,severeגְּדֹלוֹת֙ge.do.lOtH1419and lastingוְנֶ֣אֱמָנ֔וֹתve.Ne.'e.ma.NotH539plaguesH4347,and miserableרָעִ֖יםra.'ImH7451and chronicוְנֶאֱמָנִֽים׃ve.ne.'e.ma.NimH539sicknessesוָחֳלָיִ֥םvo.cho.la.YimH2483.
