Isaiah 34:1-9
1DrawH7126 nearH7126, 1O nationsH1471, to hearH8085; and listenH7181, O peoplesH3816! 2Let the earthH776 and 3all it containsH4393 hearH8085, and the worldH8398 and allH3605 that springsH6631 from it.2For the Lord’sH3068 4indignationH7110 is againstH5921 allH3605 the nationsH1471, And His wrathH2534 againstH5921 allH3605 their armiesH6635; He has 56utterlyH2763 destroyedH2763 them, He has givenH5414 them over to 7slaughterH2874.3So their slainH2491 will be 8thrownH7993 out, And their corpsesH6297 9will giveH5927 offH5927 their 10stenchH889, And the mountainsH2022 will 11be drenchedH4549 with their 12bloodH1818.4And 13allH3605 the hostH6635 of heavenH8064 will 14wearH4743 awayH4743, And the 15skyH8064 will be rolledH1556 up like a scrollH5612; AllH3605 their hostsH6635 will also witherH5034 awayH5034 As a leafH5929 withersH5034 from the vineH1612, Or as one withersH5034 from the figH8384 treeH8384.5For 16My swordH2719 is satiatedH7301 in heavenH8064, BeholdH2009 it shall descendH3381 for judgmentH4941 upon 17EdomH112 And upon the peopleH5971 whom I have 18devotedH2764 to destructionH4941.6The swordH2719 of the LordH3068 is filledH4390 with bloodH1818, It is 19satedH1878 with fatH2459, with the bloodH1818 of lambsH3733 and goatsH6260, With the fatH2459 of the kidneysH3629 of ramsH352. For the LordH3068 has a sacrificeH2077 in 20BozrahH1224 And a greatH1419 slaughterH2874 in the landH776 of 21EdomH112.722WildH7214 oxenH7214 will also 23fallH3381 with them And 24youngH6499 bullsH6499 with strongH47 onesH47; Thus their landH776 will be 25soakedH7301 with bloodH1818, And their dustH6083 26becomeH1878 greasyH1878 with fatH2459.8For the LordH3068 has a dayH3117 of 27vengeanceH5359, A yearH8141 of recompenseH7966 for the 28causeH7379 of ZionH6726.929Its streamsH5158 will be turnedH2015 into pitchH2203, And its looseH6083 earthH6083 into 30brimstoneH1614, And its landH776 will becomeH1961 burningH1197 pitchH2203.
