Isaiah 1:2-7

21ListenH8085, O heavensH8064, and hearH238, O 2earthH776; For the LordH3068 speaksH1696, “3SonsH1121 I have rearedH1431 and broughtH7311 up, But they have 4revoltedH6586 against Me.3An oxH7794 knowsH3045 its ownerH7069, And a donkeyH2543 its master’sH1167 mangerH18, But IsraelH3478 5does not knowH3045, My peopleH5971 6do not understandH995.”

4AlasH1945, sinfulH2398 nationH1471, PeopleH5971 weighedH3515 downH3515 with iniquityH5771, 78OffspringH2233 of evildoersH7489, SonsH1121 who 9actH7843 corruptlyH7843! They have 10abandonedH5800 the LordH3068, They have 11despisedH5006 the HolyH6918 OneH6918 of IsraelH3478, They have turnedH2114 awayH2114 12from Him.

5WhereH5921H4100 will you be strickenH5221 againH5750, As you 13continueH3254 in your rebellionH5627? The wholeH3605 headH7218 is 14sickH2483 And the wholeH3605 heartH3824 is faintH1742.615From the soleH3709 of the footH7272 even to the headH7218 ThereH369 is 16nothingH369 soundH4974 in it, Only bruisesH6482, weltsH2250 and rawH2961 woundsH4347, 17Not pressedH2115 out or bandagedH2280, NorH3808 softenedH7401 with oilH8081.

7Your 18landH776 is desolateH8077, Your citiesH5892 are burnedH8313 with fireH784, Your fieldsH127--strangersH2114 are devouringH398 them in your presenceH5048; It is desolationH8077, as overthrownH4114 by strangersH2114.
