Proverbs 2:2-13
so that thou inclineH5186 thine earH241 unto wisdomH2451 [and] thou apply thy heartH3820 to understandingH8394;
yea, if thou criest after discernmentH998 [and] liftest up thy voiceH6963 to understandingH8394;
if thou seekest her as silverH3701 and searchest for her as for hidden treasures:
thenH227 shalt thou understandH995 the fearH3374 of Jehovah, and findH4672 the knowledgeH1847 of 1GodH430.
For Jehovah giveth wisdomH2451; out of his mouthH6310 [come] knowledgeH1847 and understandingH8394.
He layeth up soundH8454 wisdomH8454 for the uprightH3477; [he] is a shieldH4043 to them that walkH1980 in integrityH8537;
guardingH8104 the pathsH734 of just judgmentH4941 and keepingH8104 the wayH1870 of his 2godly onesH2623.
ThenH227 shalt thou understandH995 righteousnessH6664 and judgmentH4941 and equity: every goodH2896 path.
When wisdomH2451 entereth into thy heartH3820 and knowledgeH1847 is pleasantH5276 unto thy soulH5315,
discretionH4209 shall keepH8104 thee, understandingH8394 shall preserveH5341 thee:
To deliverH5337 thee from the wayH1870 of evilH7451, from the manH376 that speaketh froward thingsH8419;
[from those] who leaveH5800 the pathsH734 of uprightnessH3476, to walk in the waysH1870 of darknessH2822;
