Proverbs 2:10-19
When wisdomH2451 entereth into thy heartH3820 and knowledgeH1847 is pleasantH5276 unto thy soulH5315,
discretionH4209 shall keepH8104 thee, understandingH8394 shall preserveH5341 thee:
To deliverH5337 thee from the wayH1870 of evilH7451, from the manH376 that speaketh froward thingsH8419;
[from those] who leaveH5800 the pathsH734 of uprightnessH3476, to walk in the waysH1870 of darknessH2822;
who rejoiceH1523 to do evilH7451, [and] delight in the frowardness of evilH7451;
whose pathsH734 are crooked, and who are perverted in their course:
To deliverH5337 thee from the strangeH2114 womanH802, from the stranger who flattereth with her wordsH561;
who forsaketh the guide of her youthH5271, and forgetteth the covenantH1285 of her 1GodH430;
— for her houseH1004 inclineth unto deathH4194, and her paths unto the dead;
none that goH935 unto her returnH7725 again, neither do they attain to the pathsH734 of lifeH2416:
