Job 37:6-13
For he saith to the snowH7950, Fall on the earthH776! and to the pouring rainH4306, even the pouring rainsH1653 of his might.
He sealeth up the handH3027 of every manH376; that all menH376 may knowH3045 his workH4639.
And the wild beast goeth into its lair, and they remain in their densH4585.
From the chamberH2315 [of the south] cometh the whirlwind; and cold from the winds of the north.
By the breathH5397 of 1GodH410 iceH7140 is givenH5414; and the breadthH7341 of the watersH4325 is straitened.
AlsoH637 with plentiful moisture he loadeth the thick cloudsH5645, his lightH216 dispels the cloudH6051;
And they are turnedH2015 every way by his guidance, that they may do whatsoever he commandeth them upon the faceH6440 of the circuit of the earthH776,
Whether he cause it to comeH4672 as a rodH7626, or for his landH776, or in mercy.
