Darby Bible
James 5:1-8
GoG71 to nowG3568, ye richG4145, weepG2799, howling over your miseries that [are] comingG1904 upon [you].
Your wealthG4149 is becomeG1096 rotten, and your garmentsG2440 moth-eaten.
Your goldG5557 and silverG696 isG1510 eatenG2068 away, and their canker shall beG1510 for a witness against you, and shall eatG2068 your fleshG4561 as fireG4442. Ye have heaped up treasure in [the] lastG2078 daysG2250.
BeholdG2400, the wagesG3408 of your labourers, who have harvested your fieldsG5561, wrongfully kept back by you, cryG2896, and the criesG2896 of those that have reapedG2325 are enteredG1525 into the earsG3775 of [the] LordG2962 of sabaoth.
Ye have lived luxuriously on the earthG1093 and indulged yourselvesG4771; ye have nourishedG5142 your heartsG2588 [as] in a dayG2250 of slaughterG4967;
ye have condemned, ye have killed the justG1342; he does not resist you.
Have patienceG3114, thereforeG3767, brethren, till the coming of the LordG2962. BeholdG2400, the labourer awaits the preciousG5093 fruitG2590 of the earthG1093, having patienceG3114 for it until it receiveG2983 [the] early and [the] latter rain.
Ye alsoG2532 have patienceG3114: stablish your heartsG2588, for the coming of the LordG2962 is drawn nigh.
