Hebrews 9:13-17
For if the bloodG129 of goatsG5131 and bullsG5022, and a heifer's ashesG4700 sprinkling the defiledG2840, sanctifiesG37 for the purity of the fleshG4561,
howG4214 muchG4214 ratherG3123 shall the bloodG129 of the ChristG5547, who by the eternalG166 SpiritG4151 offeredG4374 himself spotless to 1GodG2316, purifyG2511 your conscienceG4893 from deadG3498 worksG2041 to worshipG3000 [the] livingG2198 2GodG2316?
And for this reason he isG1510 mediatorG3316 of a newG2537 covenantG1242, so that, deathG2288 having taken placeG1096 for redemptionG629 of the transgressionsG3847 under the firstG4413 covenantG1242, the calledG2564 might receiveG2983 the promiseG1860 of the eternalG166 inheritanceG2817.
(For whereG3699 [there is] a testament, the deathG2288 of the testator must needs come in.
For a testament [is] of force whenG3753 men are deadG3498, since it is in no way of force while the testator is aliveG2198.)
