Galatians 3:14-18
that the blessingG2129 of AbrahamG11 might comeG1096 to the nationsG1484 in ChristG5547 JesusG2424, that we might receiveG2983 the promiseG1860 of the SpiritG4151 through faithG4102.
Brethren, (I speakG3004 accordingG2596 to manG444,) evenG3676 man's confirmed covenantG1242 no oneG3762 setsG114 asideG114, or adds other dispositions to.
But to AbrahamG11 wereG1510 the promisesG1860 addressed, and to his seedG4690: he does not sayG3004, And to seedsG4690, as of manyG4183; but as of oneG1520, And to thy seedG4690; which isG1510 ChristG5547.
NowG1161 I sayG3004 this, A covenantG1242 confirmed beforehand by 1GodG2316, the lawG3551, which took placeG1096 fourG5071 hundredG5071 and thirtyG5144 yearsG2094 after, does not annul, so as to make the promiseG1860 of no effect.
For if the inheritanceG2817 [be] on the principleG3551 of lawG3551, [it is] no longer on the principleG3551 of promiseG1860; but 2GodG2316 gave it in grace to AbrahamG11 by promiseG1860.
