Darby Bible
Timothy 6:4-11
he is puffed up, knowingG1987 nothingG3367, but sick about questions and disputes of words, out of which arise envyG5355, strifeG2054, injurious words, evilG4190 suspicions,
constant quarrellings of menG444 corrupted in mindG3563 and destitute of the truthG225, holding gainG4200 to beG1510 [the end of] piety.
But piety with contentment isG1510 greatG3173 gainG4200.
For we have broughtG1533 nothing into the worldG2889: [it is] [manifest] that neither can we carryG1627 anythingG5100 out.
But having sustenance and covering, we will be contentG714 with these.
But those who desireG1939 to be richG4147 fallG1706 into temptationG3986 and a snareG3803, and manyG4183 unwise and hurtful lustsG1939, which plunge menG444 into destructionG684 and ruin.
For the love of money isG1510 [the] rootG4491 of every evilG2556; which some having aspired after, have wandered from the faithG4102, and pierced themselves with manyG4183 sorrows.
But thou, O manG444 of 1GodG2316, fleeG5343 these thingsG3778, and pursueG1377 righteousnessG1343, piety, faithG4102, loveG26, enduranceG5281, meekness of spirit.
