1 Kings 19:15-21
15And Jehovah saidH559 to him, GoH935, returnH7725 on thy wayH1870 to the wildernessH4057 of DamascusH1834; and when thou comest, anointH4886 HazaelH2371 kingH4428 over Syria; 16and JehuH3058 the sonH1121 of NimshiH5250 shalt thou anointH4886 kingH4428 over IsraelH3478; and ElishaH477 the sonH1121 of ShaphatH8202 of Abel-meholahH65 shalt thou anointH4886 prophetH5030 in thy stead. 17And it shall come to pass, [that] him that escapeth the swordH2719 of HazaelH2371 shall JehuH3058 slay; and him that escapeth the swordH2719 of JehuH3058 shall ElishaH477 slay. 18Yet I have leftH7604 [myself] sevenH7651 thousandH505 in IsraelH3478, all the knees that have not bowedH3766 unto BaalH1168, and every mouthH6310 that hath not kissedH5401 him. 19And he departed thence, and foundH4672 ElishaH477 the sonH1121 of ShaphatH8202, who was ploughing [with] twelve yokes before him, and he with the twelfth; and ElijahH452 went over to him, and castH7993 his mantle on him. 20And he leftH5800 the oxenH1241, and ranH7323 after ElijahH452, and saidH559, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my fatherH1 and my motherH517, and I will follow thee. And he saidH559 to him, GoH7725 backH7725 again; for what have I done to thee? 21And he returnedH7725 backH7725 from him, and tookH3947 the yoke of oxenH1241, and killed them, and boiledH1310 their fleshH1320 with the implements of the oxenH1241, and gaveH5414 to the peopleH5971, and they ateH398. And he aroseH6965 and wentH7725 after ElijahH452, and ministered to him.
