10Ifamandeliveruntohisneighbouranass,oranox,orasheep,oranycattle,tokeep,anditdie,orbeתִּהְיֶה֙tih.YehH1961hurt,ordrivenawayH7971,andnomansee[it],

11anoathofJehovahshallbebetweenthem both,thathehathnotputhishand untohisneighbour's goods;andtheownerH1167ofitshallacceptit,andheshallnotmake [it] good.

12Butifithavebeenstolenfromhim,heshallmake [it] good untoitsowner.

13Ifithavebeentorninpieces, lethimbringit[as] witness:heshallnotmakegoodwhatwastorn.

14—Andifamanborrowanythingofhisneighbour,anditbehurt,ordie,itsownerH1167notbeingwithit,heshallfully makeitgood;

15iftheowner thereofbewithit,heshallnotmake[it] good;ifitbeahired [thing],itcameforitshire.
