18On thatH1931 dayH3117 the deafH2795 will hearH8085 the wordsH1697 of the scrollH5612, and out ofH652 the deep darknessH2822 the eyesH5869 of the blindH5787 will seeH7200.19The humbleH6035 will increaseH3254 their joyH8057 in the LORDH3068, and the poorH34 among menH120 will rejoiceH1523 in the Holy OneH6918 of IsraelH3478.
20ForH3588 the ruthlessH6184 will vanishH656,the mockersH3887 will disappearH3615,and allH3605 who lookH8245 for evilH205will be cut downH3772—21those who indictH2398 a manH120 with a wordH1697,who ensnareH6983 the mediatorH3198 at the gateH8179,and who with false chargesH8414deprive the innocentH6662 of justiceH5186.
