3And Aaronאַהֲרֹ֔ן'a.ha.RonH175didוַיַּ֤עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213soכֵּן֙kenH3651;he set upהֶעֱלָ֖הhe.'e.LahH5927the lampsנֵרֹתֶ֑יהָne.ro.Tei.haH5216facingפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440towardאֶל־'el-H413the frontמוּל֙mulH4136of the lampstandהַמְּנוֹרָ֔הha.me.no.RahH4501,just asכַּֽאֲשֶׁ֛רka.'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068אֶת־'et-H853had commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃mo.ShehH4872.

Cleansing the Levites
7This is whatוְכֹֽה־ve.khoh-H3541you must doתַעֲשֶׂ֤הta.'a.SehH6213to cleanse themלְטַֽהֲרָ֔םle.ta.ha.RamH2891:Sprinkleהַזֵּ֥הha.ZehH5137themעֲלֵיהֶ֖ם'a.lei.HemH5921with the waterמֵ֣יmeiH4325of purificationחַטָּ֑אתcha.TatH2403.Have them shaveוְהֶעֱבִ֤ירוּ תַ֙עַר֙ עַל־ve.he.'e.Vi.ru ta.'ar 'al-H5674H8593H5921their wholeכָּל־kol-H3605bodiesבְּשָׂרָ֔םbe.sa.RamH1320and washוְכִבְּס֥וּve.khi.be.SuH3526their clothesבִגְדֵיהֶ֖םvig.dei.HemH899,and so purify themselvesוְהִטֶּהָֽרוּ׃ve.hi.te.Ha.ruH2891.
8Then have them takeוְלָֽקְחוּ֙ve.la.ke.ChuH3947a young bullפַּ֣ר בֶּן־ בָּקָ֔רpar ben- ba.KarH6499H1121H1241with its grain offeringוּמִנְחָת֔וֹu.min.cha.ToH4503of fine flourסֹ֖לֶתSo.letH5560mixedבְּלוּלָ֣הbe.lu.LahH1101with oilבַשָּׁ֑מֶןva.Sha.menH8081,and you are to takeתִּקַּ֥חti.KachH3947a secondשֵׁנִ֥י בֶן־ בָּקָ֖רshe.Ni ven- ba.KarH8145H1121H1241young bullוּפַר־u.far-H6499for a sin offeringלְחַטָּֽאת׃le.cha.TatH2403.
9Bringוְהִקְרַבְתָּ֙ve.hik.rav.TaH7126אֶת־'et-H853the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֔םhal.vi.YimH3881beforeלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440the Tentאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168of Meetingמוֹעֵ֑דmo.'EdH4150and assembleוְהִ֨קְהַלְתָּ֔ve.Hik.hal.taH6950אֶֽת־'et-H853the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605congregationעֲדַ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י'a.Dat be.NeiH5712H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.
10You are to presentוְהִקְרַבְתָּ֥ve.hik.rav.TaH7126אֶת־'et-H853the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֖םhal.vi.YimH3881beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068and have the Israelitesבְנֵי־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛לve.nei- Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478אֶת־'et-H853layוְסָמְכ֧וּve.sa.me.KhuH5564their handsיְדֵיהֶ֖םye.dei.HemH3027uponעַל־'al-H5921themהַלְוִיִּֽם׃hal.vi.YimH3881.
11Aaronאַהֲרֹ֨ן'a.ha.RonH175אֶת־'et-H853is to presentוְהֵנִיף֩ve.he.NifH5130the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֤םhal.vi.YimH3881beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֔ה מֵאֵ֖תYah.weh me.'EtH3068H854as a wave offeringתְּנוּפָה֙te.nu.FahH8573from the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְהָי֕וּYis.ra.'El ve.ha.YuH3478H1961,so that they may performלַעֲבֹ֖דla.'a.VodH5647אֶת־'et-H853the serviceעֲבֹדַ֥ת'a.vo.DatH5656of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
12And the Levitesוְהַלְוִיִּם֙ve.hal.vi.YimH3881are to layיִסְמְכ֣וּyis.me.KhuH5564אֶת־'et-H853their handsיְדֵיהֶ֔םye.dei.HemH3027onעַ֖ל'alH5921the headsרֹ֣אשׁroshH7218of the bullsהַפָּרִ֑יםha.pa.RimH6499,and offerוַ֠עֲשֵׂהVa.'a.sehH6213אֶת־'et-H853to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068oneהָאֶחָ֨דha.'e.ChadH259as a sin offeringחַטָּ֜אתcha.TatH2403וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and the otherהָאֶחָ֤דha.'e.ChadH259as a burnt offeringעֹלָה֙'o.LahH5930,to make atonementלְכַפֵּ֖רle.kha.PerH3722forעַל־'al-H5921the Levitesהַלְוִיִּֽם׃hal.vi.YimH3881.
13You are to have the Levitesהַלְוִיִּ֔םhal.vi.YimH3881standוְהַֽעֲמַדְתָּ֙ve.ha.'a.mad.TaH5975אֶת־'et-H853beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440Aaronאַהֲרֹ֖ן וְלִפְנֵ֣י'a.ha.Ron ve.lif.NeiH175H6440and his sonsבָנָ֑יוva.NavH1121and then presentוְהֵנַפְתָּ֥ve.he.naf.TaH5130themאֹתָ֛ם'o.TamH853before the LORDלַֽיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068as a wave offeringתְּנוּפָ֖הte.nu.FahH8573.
15Afterוְאַֽחֲרֵי־ve.'a.cha.rei-H310כֵן֙khenH3651you have cleansedוְטִֽהַרְתָּ֣ve.ti.har.TaH2891themאֶת־'et-H853and presentedוְהֵנַפְתָּ֥ve.he.naf.TaH5130themאֹתָ֔ם'o.TamH853as a wave offeringתְּנוּפָֽה׃te.nu.FahH8573, theyהַלְוִיִּ֔םhal.vi.YimH3881may comeיָבֹ֣אוּya.Vo.'uH935to serveלַעֲבֹ֖דla.'a.VodH5647אֹתָ֖ם'o.TamH853at the Tentאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168of Meetingמוֹעֵ֑דmo.'EdH4150.
16Forכִּי֩kiH3588the Levitesהֵ֙מָּה֙he.mahH1992have been wholly givenH5414to Mefrom amongמִתּ֖וֹךְmi.TokhH8432the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478.I have takenלָקַ֥חְתִּיla.Kach.tiH3947themאֹתָ֖ם'o.TamH853for Myselfin place ofתַּחַת֩ta.ChatH8478allכָּל־kol-H3605who come firstפִּטְרַ֨תpit.RatH6363from the wombרֶ֜חֶםRe.chemH7358,the firstbornבְּכ֥וֹרbe.KhorH1060of allכֹּל֙kolH3605the sonsמִבְּנֵ֣יmi.be.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478.
