3Thisוְזֹ֛אתve.ZotH2063uncleannessטֻמְאָת֖וֹtum.'a.ToH2932isתִּהְיֶ֥הtih.YehH1961from his dischargeבְּזוֹב֑וֹbe.zo.VoH2101,whether his bodyבְּשָׂר֞וֹbe.sa.RoH1320אֶת־'et-H853allowsרָ֣רrarH7325the discharge to flowזוֹב֗וֹzo.VoH2101orאֽוֹ־'ov-H176blocks itהֶחְתִּ֤יםhech.TimH2856בְּשָׂרוֹ֙be.sa.RoH1320.So his dischargeמִזּוֹב֔וֹmi.zo.VoH2101will bring aboutהִֽוא׃hi'H1931uncleannessטֻמְאָת֖וֹtum.'a.ToH2932.
4Anyכָּל־kol-H3605bedהַמִּשְׁכָּ֗בha.mish.KavH4904onעָלָ֛יו'a.LavH5921whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the man with the dischargeהַזָּ֖בha.ZavH2100liesיִשְׁכַּ֥בyish.KavH7901will be uncleanיִטְמָ֑אyit.Ma'H2930,and anyוְכָֽל־ve.kholH3605furnitureהַכְּלִ֛יha.ke.LiH3627onעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834he sitsיֵשֵׁ֥בye.ShevH3427will be uncleanיִטְמָֽא׃yit.Ma'H2930.
5Anyoneוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834touchesיִגַּ֖עyi.Ga'H5060his bedבְּמִשְׁכָּב֑וֹbe.mish.ka.VoH4904must washיְכַבֵּ֧סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֛יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364with waterבַּמַּ֖יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.
6Whoever sitsוְהַיֹּשֵׁב֙ve.hai.yo.ShevH3427onעַֽל־'al-H5921furnitureהַכְּלִ֔יha.ke.LiH3627onעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834the man with the dischargeהַזָּ֑בha.ZavH2100was sittingיֵשֵׁ֥בye.ShevH3427must washיְכַבֵּ֧סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֛יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364with waterבַּמַּ֖יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.
7Whoever touchesוְהַנֹּגֵ֖עַve.ha.no.Ge.a'H5060the bodyבִּבְשַׂ֣רbiv.SarH1320of the man with a dischargeהַזָּ֑בha.ZavH2100must washיְכַבֵּ֧סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֛יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364with waterבַּמַּ֖יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

10Whoeverוְכָל־ve.kholH3605touchesהַנֹּגֵ֗עַha.no.Ge.a'H5060anythingבְּכֹל֙be.KholH3605thatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834wasיִהְיֶ֣הyih.YehH1961under himתַחְתָּ֔יוtach.TavH8478will be uncleanיִטְמָ֖אyit.Ma'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָ֑רֶבha.'A.revH6153,and whoever carriesוְהַנּוֹשֵׂ֣אve.ha.no.Se'H5375such thingsאוֹתָ֔ם'o.TamH853must washיְכַבֵּ֧סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֛יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364with waterבַּמַּ֖יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.
11If the man with the dischargeהַזָּ֔בha.ZavH2100touchesיִגַּע־yi.ga'-H5060anyoneוְכֹ֨לve.KholH3605אֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834withoutלֹא־lo'-H3808first rinsingשָׁטַ֣ףsha.TafH7857his handsוְיָדָ֖יוve.ya.DavH3027with waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,the one who was touched must washוְכִבֶּ֧סve.khi.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֛יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364with waterבַּמַּ֖יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.
12Any clayחֶ֛רֶשׂChe.resH2789potוּכְלִי־u.khe.li-H3627thatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834the man with the dischargeהַזָּ֖בha.ZavH2100touchesיִגַּע־yi.ga'-H5060must be brokenיִשָּׁבֵ֑רyi.sha.VerH7665,and anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605woodenעֵ֔ץ'EtzH6086utensilכְּלִי־ke.li-H3627must be rinsedיִשָּׁטֵ֖ףyi.sha.TefH7857with waterבַּמָּֽיִם׃ba.Ma.yimH4325.
The Cleansing of Men
13Whenוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588the manהַזָּב֙ha.ZavH2100has been cleansedיִטְהַ֤רyit.HarH2891from his dischargeמִזּוֹב֔וֹmi.zo.VoH2101,he must count offוְסָ֨פַרve.Sa.farH5608sevenשִׁבְעַ֥תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִ֛יםya.MimH3117for hiscleansingלְטָהֳרָת֖וֹle.to.ho.ra.ToH2893,washוְכִבֶּ֣סve.khi.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֑יוbe.ga.DavH899,and batheוְרָחַ֧ץve.ra.ChatzH7364himselfבְּשָׂר֛וֹbe.sa.RoH1320in freshחַיִּ֖יםchai.YimH2416waterבְּמַ֥יִםbe.Ma.yimH4325,and he shall be cleanוְטָהֵֽר׃ve.ta.HerH2891.
14On the eighthהַשְּׁמִינִ֗יha.she.mi.NiH8066dayוּבַיּ֣וֹםu.vai.YomH3117he is to takeיִֽקַּֽח־yi.kach-H3947twoשְׁתֵּ֣יshe.TeiH8147turtledovesתֹרִ֔יםto.RimH8449orא֥וֹ'oH176twoשְׁנֵ֖יshe.NeiH8147youngבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121pigeonsיוֹנָ֑הyo.NahH3123,comeוּבָ֣א׀u.Va'H935beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068atאֶל־'el-H413the entranceפֶּ֙תַח֙pe.tachH6607to the Tentאֹ֣הֶל'O.helH168of Meetingמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150,and give themוּנְתָנָ֖םu.ne.ta.NamH5414toאֶל־'el-H413the priestהַכֹּהֵֽן׃ha.ko.HenH3548.
15The priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548is to sacrificeוְעָשָׂ֤הve.'a.SahH6213themאֹתָם֙'o.TamH853,oneאֶחָ֣ד'e.ChadH259as a sin offeringחַטָּ֔אתcha.TatH2403and the otherוְהָאֶחָ֖דve.ha.'e.ChadH259as a burnt offeringעֹלָ֑ה'o.LahH5930.In this way the priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548will make atonementוְכִפֶּ֨רve.khi.PerH3722forעָלָ֧יו'a.LavH5921the manbeforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068because of his dischargeמִזּוֹבֽוֹ׃ סmi.zo.VoH2101.
16Whenכִּֽי־ תֵצֵ֥א מִמֶּ֖נּוּki- te.Tze' mi.Me.nuH3588H3318H4480a manוְאִ֕ישׁve.'IshH376has an emissionשִׁכְבַת־shikh.vat-H7902of semenזָ֑רַעZa.ra'H2233,he must batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his wholeכָּל־kol-H3605bodyבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320with waterבַּמַּ֛יִםba.Ma.yimH4325אֶת־'et-H853,and he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

18If a manאִ֛ישׁ אֹתָ֖הּ'ish 'o.TahH376H854lies withיִשְׁכַּ֥בyish.KavH7901a womanוְאִשָּׁ֕הve.'i.ShahH802אֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834and there is an emissionשִׁכְבַת־shikh.vat-H7902of semenזָ֑רַעZa.ra'H2233,both must batheוְרָחֲצ֣וּve.ra.cha.TzuH7364with waterבַמַּ֔יִםva.Ma.yimH4325,and they will remain uncleanוְטָמְא֖וּve.ta.me.'UH2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

19Whenכִּֽי־ki-H3588a womanוְאִשָּׁה֙ve.'i.ShahH802hasתִהְיֶ֣הtih.YehH1961זֹבָ֖הּzo.VahH2101a dischargeזָבָ֔הza.VahH2100consistingיִהְיֶ֥הyih.YehH1961of bloodדָּ֛םdamH1818from her bodyבִּבְשָׂרָ֑הּbiv.sa.RahH1320,she will beתִּהְיֶ֣הtih.YehH1961unclean due to her menstruationבְנִדָּתָ֔הּve.ni.da.TahH5079for sevenשִׁבְעַ֤תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִים֙ya.MimH3117,and anyoneוְכָל־ve.kholH3605who touchesהַנֹּגֵ֥עַha.no.Ge.a'H5060herwill be uncleanיִטְמָ֥אyit.Ma'H2930untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

24Ifוְאִ֡םve.'ImH518a manאִ֜ישׁ אֹתָ֗הּ'ish 'o.TahH376H854lies withשָׁכֹב֩sha.KhoH7901herיִשְׁכַּ֨בyish.KavH7901and her menstrual flowנִדָּתָהּ֙ni.da.TahH5079touchesוּתְהִ֤יu.te.HiH1961himעָלָ֔יו'a.LavH5921,he will be uncleanוְטָמֵ֖אve.ta.Me'H2930for sevenשִׁבְעַ֣תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִ֑יםya.MimH3117,and anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605bedהַמִּשְׁכָּ֛בha.mish.KavH4904onעָלָ֖יו'a.LavH5921whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834he liesיִשְׁכַּ֥בyish.KavH7901will become uncleanיִטְמָֽא׃ פyit.Ma'H2930.

33of a womanוְהַדָּוָה֙ve.ha.da.VahH1739in her menstrual periodבְּנִדָּתָ֔הּbe.ni.da.TahH5079,of any maleלַזָּכָ֖רla.za.KharH2145or femaleוְלַנְּקֵבָ֑הve.la.ne.ke.VahH5347who has a dischargeוְהַזָּב֙ve.ha.ZavH2100אֶת־'et-H853זוֹב֔וֹzo.VoH2101,and of a manוּלְאִ֕ישׁu.le.'IshH376whoאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834liesיִשְׁכַּ֖בyish.KavH7901withעִם־'im-H5973an unclean womanטְמֵאָֽה׃ פte.me.'AhH2931.’”
