12“Sonבֶן־ven-H1121of manאָדָם֒'a.DamH120,”He saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to meאֵלַי֮'e.LaiH413, “do you seeהֲרָאִ֣יתָha.ra.'I.taH7200whatאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the eldersזִקְנֵ֤יzik.NeiH2205of the houseבֵֽית־veit-H1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478are doingעֹשִׂ֣ים'o.SimH6213in the darknessבַּחֹ֔שֶׁךְba.Cho.shekhH2822,eachאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376at the shrineבְּחַדְרֵ֣יbe.chad.ReiH2315of his own idolמַשְׂכִּית֑וֹmas.ki.ToH4906?Forכִּ֣יkiH3588they are sayingאֹמְרִ֗ים'o.me.RimH559, ‘The LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068does notאֵ֤ין'einH369seeרֹאֶ֣הro.'EhH7200usאֹתָ֔נוּ'o.Ta.nuH853;the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has forsakenעָזַ֥ב'a.ZavH5800אֶת־'et-H853the landהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776.’”

13Againע֣וֹד תָּשׁ֥וּבod ta.ShuvH5750 H7725,He toldוַיֹּ֖אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559meאֵלָ֑י'e.LaiH413, “You will seeתִּרְאֶ֛הtir.'EhH7200אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834themהֵ֥מָּהHe.mahH1992committingעֹשִֽׂים׃'o.SimH6213even greaterגְּדֹל֖וֹתge.do.LotH1419abominationsתּוֹעֵב֥וֹתto.'e.VotH8441.”

14Then He broughtוַיָּבֵ֣אvai.ya.Ve'H935meאֹתִ֗י'o.TiH853toאֶל־'el-H413the entranceפֶּ֙תַח֙pe.tachH6607of the northהַצָּפ֑וֹנָהha.tza.Fo.nahH6828gateשַׁ֣עַרSha.'arH8179of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068אֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834אֶל־'el-H413,and I sawוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009womenהַנָּשִׁ֣יםha.na.ShimH802sittingיֹֽשְׁב֔וֹתyo.she.VotH3427thereשָׁם֙shamH8033,weepingמְבַכּ֖וֹתme.va.KotH1058אֶת־'et-H853for Tammuzהַתַּמּֽוּז׃ סha.ta.MuzH8542.

16So He broughtוַיָּבֵ֣אvai.ya.Ve'H935meאֹתִ֗י'o.TiH853toאֶל־'el-H413the innerהַפְּנִימִית֒ha.pe.ni.MitH6442courtחֲצַ֣רcha.TzarH2691of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the LORDיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068,and thereוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009at the entranceפֶ֜תַחFe.tachH6607to the templeהֵיכַ֣לhei.KhalH1964of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068,betweenבֵּ֤יןbeinH996the porticoהָֽאוּלָם֙ha.'u.LamH197andוּבֵ֣יןu.VeinH996the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196,were about twenty-fiveכְּעֶשְׂרִ֥ים וַחֲמִשָּׁ֖הke.'es.Rim va.cha.mi.ShahH6242 H2568menאִ֑ישׁ'IshH376with their backsאֲחֹ֨רֵיהֶ֜ם'a.Cho.rei.HemH268toאֶל־'el-H413the templeהֵיכַ֤לhei.KhalH1964of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068and their facesוּפְנֵיהֶ֣םu.fe.nei.HemH6440toward the eastקֵ֔דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924;and theyוְהֵ֛מָּהve.He.mahH1992were bowing to the eastקֵ֖דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924in worshipמִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֥םmish.ta.cha.vi.TemH7812of the sunלַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃la.Sha.meshH8121.
