11This is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֗הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַ֞ר'a.MarH559:Clapהַכֵּ֨הha.KehH5221your handsבְכַפְּךָ֜ve.kha.pe.KhaH3709,stompוּרְקַ֤עu.re.Ka'H7554your feetבְּרַגְלְךָ֙be.rag.le.KhaH7272,and cry outוֶֽאֱמָר־ve.'e.mor-H559“Alasאָ֔ח'AchH253!”because ofאֶ֛ל'elH413allכָּל־kol-H3605the wickedרָע֖וֹתra.'otH7451abominationsתּוֹעֲב֥וֹתto.'a.VotH8441of the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,whoאֲשֶׁ֗ר'a.SherH834will fallיִפֹּֽלוּ׃yi.Po.luH5307by swordבַּחֶ֛רֶבba.Che.revH2719and famineבָּרָעָ֥בba.ra.'AvH7458and plagueוּבַדֶּ֖בֶרu.va.De.verH1698.

12He who is far offהָרָח֞וֹקha.ra.ChokH7350will dieיָמ֗וּתya.MutH4191by the plagueבַּדֶּ֣בֶרba.De.verH1698,he who is nearוְהַקָּרוֹב֙ve.ha.ka.rOvH7138will fallיִפּ֔וֹלyi.PolH5307by the swordבַּחֶ֣רֶבba.Che.revH2719,and he who remainsוְהַנִּשְׁאָר֙ וְהַנָּצ֔וּרve.ha.nish.'Ar ve.ha.na.TzurH7604 H5341will dieיָמ֑וּתya.MutH4191by famineבָּרָעָ֖בba.ra.'AvH7458.So I will ventוְכִלֵּיתִ֥יve.khi.lei.TiH3615My furyחֲמָתִ֖יcha.ma.TiH2534upon them.

14I will stretch outוְנָטִ֤יתִיve.na.Ti.tiH5186אֶת־'et-H853My handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027against themעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם'a.lei.HemH5921,and whereverבְּכֹ֖לbe.KholH3605they liveמוֹשְׁבֽוֹתֵיהֶ֑םmo.she.vo.tei.HemH4186I will makeוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414אֶת־'et-H853the landהָאָ֜רֶץha.'A.retzH776a desolateשְׁמָמָ֤הshe.ma.MahH8077wasteוּמְשַׁמָּה֙u.me.sha.MahH4923,from the wildernessמִמִּדְבַּ֣רmi.mid.BarH4057to Diblahדִּבְלָ֔תָהdiv.La.tahH1689.Then they will knowוְיָדְע֖וּve.ya.de.'UH3045thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589am the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.’”
