13This is whatכֹּ֤הkohH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Theseגֵּ֤הgehH1454arethe boundariesגְבוּל֙ge.VulH1366by whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834you are to divide the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776as an inheritanceתִּתְנַחֲל֣וּtit.na.cha.LuH5157אֶת־'et-H853among the twelveלִשְׁנֵ֥י עָשָׂ֖רlish.Nei 'a.SarH8147 H6240tribesשִׁבְטֵ֣יshiv.TeiH7626of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478;Josephיוֹסֵ֖ףyo.SefH3130shall receive two portionsחֲבָלִֽים׃cha.va.LimH2256.

14You are to divideוּנְחַלְתֶּ֤םu.ne.chal.TemH5157itאוֹתָהּ֙'o.TahH853equallyאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376among themכְּאָחִ֔יוke.'a.ChivH251.Becauseאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834I swore with an upliftedנָשָׂ֙אתִי֙na.Sa.tiH5375אֶת־'et-H853handיָדִ֔יya.DiH3027to giveלְתִתָּ֖הּle.ti.TahH5414it to your forefathersלַאֲבֹֽתֵיכֶ֑םla.'a.vo.tei.KhemH1,thisהַזֹּ֛אתha.ZotH2063landהָאָ֧רֶץha.'A.retzH776will fallוְנָ֨פְלָ֜הve.Na.fe.LahH5307to youas an inheritanceבְּנַחֲלָֽה׃be.na.cha.LahH5159.

15Thisוְזֶ֖הve.ZehH2088shall bethe boundaryגְּב֣וּלge.VulH1366of the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776:

16On the northH6828sideH6285it will extend fromH4480the GreatH1419SeaH3220by wayH1870of HethlonH2855through Lebo-hamathH935to ZedadH6657,חֲמָ֤ת׀cha.MatH2574Berothahבֵּר֙וֹתָה֙be.Ro.tahH1268,and Sibraimסִבְרַ֔יִםsiv.Ra.yimH5453(whichאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834isonבֵּין־bein-H996the border betweenגְּב֣וּלge.VulH1366Damascusדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂק וּבֵ֖יןda.Me.sek u.VeinH1834 H996andגְּב֣וּלge.VulH1366Hamathחֲמָ֑תcha.MatH2574),as far as Hazer-hatticonH2694,whichאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834is onאֶל־'el-H413the borderגְּב֥וּלge.VulH1366of Hauranחַוְרָֽן׃chav.RanH2362.

17So the borderגְב֜וּלge.VulH1366will runוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961fromמִן־min-H4480the Seaהַיָּ֗םhai.YamH3220to Hazar-enanH2703,along the northernוְצָפ֥וֹן׀ve.tza.FonH6828borderגְּב֣וּלge.VulH1366of Damascusדַּמֶּ֔שֶׂקda.Me.sekH1834,with the territoryוּגְב֣וּלu.ge.VulH1366of Hamathחֲמָ֑תcha.MatH2574וְאֵ֖תve.'EtH853to the northצָפ֖וֹנָהtza.Fo.nahH6828. Thiswill be the northernצָפֽוֹן׃tza.FonH6828boundaryפְּאַ֥תpe.'AtH6285.

18On the eastקָדִ֡יםka.DimH6921sideוּפְאַ֣תu.fe.'AtH6285the borderמִגְּב֛וּלmi.ge.VulH1366will run betweenמִבֵּ֣יןmi.BeinH996Hauranחַוְרָ֣ןchav.RanH2362andוּמִבֵּין־u.mi.bein-H996Damascusדַּמֶּשֶׂק֩da.me.SekH1834,along the Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּ֔ןhai.yar.DenH3383betweenוּמִבֵּ֨יןu.mi.BeinH996Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֜ד וּמִבֵּ֨יןha.gil.'Ad u.mi.BeinH1568 H996and the landאֶ֤רֶץ'E.retzH776of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,toעַל־'al-H5921the Easternהַקַּדְמוֹנִ֖יha.kad.mo.NiH6931Seaהַיָּ֥םhai.YamH3220andוְאֵ֖תve.'EtH853as far as Tamarתָּמֹ֑דּוּta.Mo.duH8559.This will be the easternקָדִֽימָה׃ka.Di.mahH6921boundaryפְּאַ֥תpe.'AtH6285.

19On the southנֶ֣גֶב תֵּימָ֔נָהNe.gev tei.Ma.nahH5045 H8486sideוּפְאַת֙u.fe.'AtH6285it will run from Tamarמִתָּמָ֗רmi.ta.MarH8559toעַד־'ad-H5704the watersמֵי֙meiH4325of Meribath-kadeshמְרִיב֣וֹת קָדֵ֔שׁme.ri.Vot ka.DeshH4809 H6946,and along the Brookנַחֲלָ֖הna.cha.LahH5158of Egypttoאֶל־'el-H413the Greatהַגָּד֑וֹלha.ga.DolH1419Seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220וְאֵ֥תve.'EtH853.This will be the southernתֵּימָ֖נָה נֶֽגְבָּה׃tei.Ma.nah Neg.bahH8486 H5045boundaryפְּאַת־pe.'at-H6285.

20And on the westיָם֙yamH3220sideוּפְאַת־u.fe.'at-H6285,the Greatהַגָּד֔וֹלha.ga.DolH1419Seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220will be the boundaryמִגְּב֕וּלmi.ge.VulH1366up toעַד־'ad-H5704a point oppositeנֹ֖כַחNo.khachH5227Lebo-hamathלְב֣וֹא חֲמָ֑תle.Vo' cha.MatH935 H2574.Thisזֹ֖אתzotH2063will be the westernיָֽם׃YamH3220boundaryפְּאַת־pe.'at-H6285.

21You are to divideוְחִלַּקְתֶּ֞םve.chi.lak.TemH2505אֶת־'et-H853thisהַזֹּ֛אתha.ZotH2063landהָאָ֧רֶץha.'A.retzH776among yourselvesaccording to the tribesלְשִׁבְטֵ֥יle.shiv.TeiH7626of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

22You shall allotוְהָיָ֗ה תַּפִּ֣לוּve.ha.Yah ta.Pi.luH1961 H5307itאוֹתָהּ֮'o.TahH853as an inheritanceבְּנַחֲלָה֒be.na.cha.LahH5159for yourselvesand for the foreignersוּלְהַגֵּרִים֙u.le.ha.ge.RimH1616who dwellהַגָּרִ֣יםha.ga.RimH1481among youבְּתוֹכְכֶ֔םbe.tokh.KhemH8432and whoאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834haveהוֹלִ֥דוּho.Li.duH3205childrenבָנִ֖יםva.NimH1121בְּתֽוֹכְכֶ֑םbe.tokh.KhemH8432.You are to treat themוְהָי֣וּve.ha.YuH1961as native-bornכְּאֶזְרָח֙ke.'ez.RachH249Israelitesבִּבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔לbiv.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121 H3478;along with youאִתְּכֶם֙'i.te.KhemH854,they shall be allottedיִפְּל֣וּyi.pe.LuH5307an inheritanceבְנַחֲלָ֔הve.na.cha.LahH5159amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the tribesשִׁבְטֵ֥יshiv.TeiH7626of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

23וְהָיָ֣הve.ha.YahH1961In whateverאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834tribeבַשֵּׁ֔בֶטva.She.vetH7626a foreignerהַגֵּ֖ר אִתּ֑וֹha.Ger 'i.ToH1616 H854dwellsגָּ֥רgarH1481,you are to assignתִּתְּנ֣וּti.te.NuH5414his inheritanceנַחֲלָת֔וֹna.cha.la.ToH5159thereשָׁ֚םShamH8033,”declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִֽה׃ סYah.wehH3069.
