3Then Mosesוּמֹשֶׁ֥הu.mo.ShehH4872went upעָלָ֖ה'a.LahH5927toאֶל־'el-H413Godהָאֱלֹהִ֑יםha.'E.lo.HimH430,and the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068calledוַיִּקְרָ֨אvai.yik.Ra'H7121to himאֵלָ֤יו'e.LavH413fromמִן־min-H4480the mountainהָהָ֣רha.HarH2022, “This is whatלֵאמֹ֔ר כֹּ֤הle.Mor kohH3541H559you are to tellתֹאמַר֙to.MarH559the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290and explainוְתַגֵּ֖ידve.ta.GeidH5046to the sonsלִבְנֵ֥יliv.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478:
4‘Youאַתֶּ֣ם'a.TemH859have seen for yourselvesרְאִיתֶ֔םre.'i.TemH7200whatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834I didעָשִׂ֖יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213to Egyptלְמִצְרָ֑יִםle.mitz.Ra.yimH4714,and how I carriedוָאֶשָּׂ֤אva.'e.Sa'H5375אֶתְכֶם֙'et.KhemH853you onעַל־'al-H5921eaglesנְשָׁרִ֔יםne.sha.RimH5404’wingsכַּנְפֵ֣יkan.FeiH3671and broughtוָאָבִ֥אva.'a.Vi'H935youאֶתְכֶ֖ם'et.KhemH853to Myselfאֵלָֽי׃'e.LaiH413.
5Nowוְעַתָּ֗הve.'a.TahH6258ifאִם־'im-H518you will indeed obeyH8085My voiceבְּקֹלִ֔יbe.ko.LiH6963and keepוּשְׁמַרְתֶּ֖םu.she.mar.TemH8104אֶת־'et-H853My covenantבְּרִיתִ֑יbe.ri.TiH1285,you will beוִהְיִ֨יתֶםvih.Yi.temH1961Mytreasured possessionסְגֻלָּה֙se.gu.LahH5459out of allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the nationsהָ֣עַמִּ֔יםha.'a.MimH5971—forכִּי־ki-H3588the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776is Mine.
6And unto Meyouוְאַתֶּ֧םve.'a.TemH859shall beתִּהְיוּ־tih.yu-H1961a kingdomמַמְלֶ֥כֶתmam.Le.khetH4467of priestsכֹּהֲנִ֖יםko.ha.NimH3548and a holyקָד֑וֹשׁka.Do.oshH6918nationוְג֣וֹיve.GoyH1471.’Theseאֵ֚לֶּה'E.lehH428are the wordsהַדְּבָרִ֔יםha.de.va.RimH1697thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834you are to speakתְּדַבֵּ֖רte.da.BerH1696toאֶל־'el-H413the Israelitesבְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃be.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478.”
7So Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872went backוַיָּבֹ֣אvai.ya.Vo'H935and summonedוַיִּקְרָ֖אvai.yik.Ra'H7121the eldersלְזִקְנֵ֣יle.zik.NeiH2205of the peopleהָעָ֑םha.'AmH5971and setוַיָּ֣שֶׂםvai.Ya.semH7760beforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֗םlif.nei.HemH6440themאֵ֚ת'etH853allכָּל־kol-H3605theseהָאֵ֔לֶּהha.'E.lehH428wordsהַדְּבָרִ֣יםha.de.va.RimH1697thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068had commanded himצִוָּ֖הוּtzi.Va.huH6680.
8And allכָל־khol-H3605the peopleהָעָ֤םha.'AmH5971answeredוַיַּעֲנ֨וּvai.ya.'a.NuH6030togetherיַחְדָּו֙ וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּyach.Dav vai.Yo.me.RuH3162H559, “We will doנַעֲשֶׂ֑הna.'a.SehH6213everythingכֹּ֛לkolH3605thatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has spokenדִּבֶּ֥רdi.BerH1696.”So Mosesמֹשֶׁ֛הmo.ShehH4872broughtוַיָּ֧שֶׁבvai.Ya.shevH7725אֶת־'et-H853theirהָעָ֖םha.'AmH5971wordsדִּבְרֵ֥יdiv.ReiH1697back toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
