3He saidλέγειlegeiG3004to the manἀνθρώπῳanthrōpōG444with the witheredξηρὰνxēranG3584handχεῖραcheiraG5495, “GetG1453upG1453and come forwardεἰς μέσον.eis mesonG1519 G3319!”

4And He saidλέγειlegeiG3004to them,“Is it lawfulἔξεστινexestinG1832to doποιῆσαιpoiēsaiG4160goodἀγαθὸνagathonG18on the SabbathσάββασινsabbasinG4521orἢēG2228to doG2554harmG2554,to saveσῶσαιsōsaiG4982a lifeψυχὴνpsuchēnG5590orἢēG2228to killἀποκτεῖναι;apokteinaiG615?”But they keptG4623silentἐσιώπων.esiōpōnG4623.

5AfterlookingπεριβλεψάμενοςperiblepsamenosG4017aroundG4017at them with angerὀργῆς,orgēsG3709,grievedσυλλυπούμενοςsullupoumenosG4818at their hardnessπωρώσειpōrōseiG4457of heartκαρδίαςkardiasG2588,He saidλέγειlegeiG3004to the manἀνθρώπῳ·anthrōpōG444,“StretchἔκτεινονekteinonG1614outG1614your handχεῖραcheiraG5495.”And he stretchedἐξέτεινεν,exeteinenG1614it outG1614,and his handχεὶρcheirG5495was restoredἀπεκατεστάθηapekatestathēG600.

6The PhariseesΦαρισαῖοιPharisaioiG5330wentG1831outG1831and immediatelyG2117beganconspiringσυμβούλιονsumboulionG4824with theHerodiansἩρῳδιανῶνHērōdianōnG2265againstκατ᾽kat᾽G2596Him, as tohowὅπωςhopōsG3704they might putG622Him toG622deathG622.

7JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424withdrewἀνεχώρησενanechōrēsenG402to the seaθάλασσαν,thalassanG2281with His disciplesμαθητῶνmathētōnG3101; anda largeπολὺpoluG4183multitudeπλῆθοςplēthosG4128from GalileeΓαλιλαίαςGalilaiasG1056followedἠκολούθησενēkolouthēsenG190, and alsofrom JudeaἸουδαίαςIoudaiasG2449,

8and from JerusalemἹεροσολύμωνHi'erosolumōnG2414, and fromIdumeaἸδουμαίαςIdoumaiasG2401,and beyondπέρανperanG4008the JordanἸορδάνουIordanouG2446,and the vicinityπερὶperiG4012ofTyreΤύρονTuronG5184and SidonΣιδῶνα,SidōnaG4605,a greatπολὺpoluG4183numberG4128ofG4128peopleG4128heardἀκούοντεςakouontesG191about everythingὅσαhosaG3745that He was doingἐποίειepoieiG4160and cameἦλθονēlthonG2064to Him.

9And He toldG3004His disciplesμαθηταῖςmathētaisG3101to seethat a boatπλοιάριονploiarionG4142would be readyπροσκαρτερῇproskarterēaG4342for Him becauseδιὰdiaG1223of themassesὄχλονochlonG3793,soἵναinaG2443thatἵναinaG2443they would not crowdθλίβωσινthlibōsinG2346Him;

10for He hadhealedἐθεράπευσενetherapeusenG2323manyπολλοὺςpollousG4183,withG5620theG5620resultG5620thatG5620allG3745those whoG3745hadεἶχονeichonG2192diseasesμάστιγας.mastigasG3148pushedG1968inG1968aroundG1968Him inG2443orderG2443toG2443touchἅψωνταιhapsōntaiG681Him.

11And wheneverὅτανhotanG3752the uncleanἀκάθαρτα,akathartaG169spiritsπνεύματαpneumataG4151sawἐθεώρουν,etheōrounG2334Him, they would fallG4363downπροσέπιπτονprosepiptonG4363beforeG4363Him and shoutἔκραζονekrazonG2896, “You arethe SonυἱὸςhuiosG5207of Godθεοῦ.theouG2316!”

12And HestronglyπολλὰpollaG4183warnedἐπετίμαepetimaG2008them not torevealφανερὸνphaneronG5318whoG846He was.

13And He wentG305upG305onthe mountainὄροςorosG3735andsummonedπροσκαλεῖταιproskaleitaiG4341those whomοὓςhousG3739He HimselfG846wantedἤθελενēthelenG2309,and they cameἀπῆλθονapēlthonG565to Him.

14And He appointedἐποίησενepoiēsenG4160twelveδώδεκαdōdekaG1427,soἵναinaG2443thatἵναinaG2443they would be with Him and that He couldsendἀποστέλλῃapostellēG649them outG649to preachκηρύσσεινkērusseinG2784,

15and to haveἔχεινecheinG2192authorityἐξουσίανexousianG1849to castἐκβάλλεινekballeinG1544outG1544the demonsδαιμόνια.daimoniaG1140.
