1Now the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2“Seeרְאֵ֖הre.'EhH7200,I have calledקָרָ֣אתִֽיka.Ra.tiH7121by nameבְשֵׁ֑םve.ShemH8034Bezalelבְּצַלְאֵ֛לbe.tzal.'ElH1212, thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Uriאוּרִ֥י'u.RiH221,the sonבֶן־ven-H1121of Hurח֖וּרchurH2354,of the tribeלְמַטֵּ֥הle.ma.TehH4294of Judahיְהוּדָֽה׃ye.hu.DahH3063.

3And I havefilledוָאֲמַלֵּ֥אva.'a.ma.Le'H4390him with the Spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307of Godאֱלֹהִ֑ים'E.lo.HimH430in wisdomבְּחָכְמָ֛הbe.cha.khe.MahH2451,in understandingוּבִתְבוּנָ֥הu.vit.vu.NahH8394,in knowledgeוּבְדַ֖עַתu.ve.Da.'atH1847,and in allוּבְכָל־u.ve.Khol-H3605kinds ofcraftsmanshipמְלָאכָֽה׃me.la.KhahH4399,

4to createלַחְשֹׁ֖בlach.ShoH2803artistic designsמַחֲשָׁבֹ֑תma.cha.sha.VotH4284for workלַעֲשׂ֛וֹתla.'a.SotH6213in goldבַּזָּהָ֥בba.za.HavH2091,in silverוּבַכֶּ֖סֶףu.va.Ke.sefH3701, and inbronzeוּבַנְּחֹֽשֶׁת׃u.va.ne.Cho.shetH5178,

5and in the cuttingוּבַחֲרֹ֥שֶׁתu.va.cha.Ro.shetH2799of stonesאֶ֛בֶן'E.venH68for settingsלְמַלֹּ֖אתle.ma.LotH4390,and in the carvingוּבַחֲרֹ֣שֶׁתu.va.cha.Ro.shetH2799of woodעֵ֑ץ'EtzH6086,so that he may workלַעֲשׂ֖וֹתla.'a.SotH6213in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605kinds ofcraftsmanshipמְלָאכָֽה׃me.la.KhahH4399.

6And beholdהִנֵּ֧הhi.NehH2009,I Myselfוַאֲנִ֞יva.'a.NiH589haveappointedנָתַ֣תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414with himOholiabאָהֳלִיאָ֞ב'o.ho.li.'AvH171,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Ahisamachאֲחִֽיסָמָךְ֙'a.chi.sa.moKhH294,of the tribeלְמַטֵּה־le.ma.teh-H4294of Danדָ֔ןDanH1835;and in the heartsוּבְלֵ֥בu.ve.LevH3820of allכָּל־kol-H3605who areskillfulחֲכַם־ לֵ֖בcha.kham- levH2450 H3820I have putנָתַ֣תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414skillחָכְמָ֑הchokh.mahH2451,so that they may makeוְעָשׂ֕וּve.'a.SuH6213everythingכָּל־kol-H3605that I have commandedצִוִּיתִֽךָ׃tzi.vi.Ti.khaH6680you:

8the tableהַשֻּׁלְחָן֙ha.shul.ChanH7979and itsutensilsכֵּלָ֔יוke.LavH3627, thepureהַטְּהֹרָ֖הha.te.ho.RahH2889goldlampstandהַמְּנֹרָ֥הha.me.no.RahH4501with allכָּל־kol-H3605itsutensilsכֵּלֶ֑יהָke.Lei.haH3627, andthe altarמִזְבַּ֥חmiz.BachH4196of incenseהַקְּטֹֽרֶת׃ha.ke.To.retH7004,

9the altarמִזְבַּ֥חmiz.BachH4196of burntהָעֹלָ֖הha.'o.LahH5930offeringH5930with allכָּל־kol-H3605itsutensilsכֵּלָ֑יוke.LavH3627, andthe basinהַכִּיּ֖וֹרha.ki.YorH3595and its standכַּנּֽוֹ׃ka.NoH3653,

11the anointingהַמִּשְׁחָ֛הha.mish.ChahH4888oilשֶׁ֧מֶןShe.menH8081also, and thefragrantהַסַּמִּ֖יםha.sa.MimH5561incenseקְטֹ֥רֶתke.To.retH7004for the Holyלַקֹּ֑דֶשׁla.Ko.deshH6944PlaceH6944,they are to makeיַעֲשֽׂוּ׃ פya.'a.SuH6213themaccording to everythingכְּכֹ֥לke.KholH3605that I have commandedצִוִּיתִ֖ךָtzi.vi.Ti.khaH6680you.”

13“Now as for you, speakדַּבֵּ֨רda.BerH1696to the sonsבְּנֵ֤יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, ‘You mustאַ֥ךְ'akhH389keepתִּשְׁמֹ֑רוּtish.Mo.ruH8104My Sabbathsשַׁבְּתֹתַ֖יsha.be.to.TaiH7676; for this isa signא֨וֹת'otH226betweenH996Me and you throughout your generationsלְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔םle.do.Ro.tei.KhemH1755,so that you may knowלָדַ֕עַתla.Da.'atH3045that I am the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068who sanctifiesמְקַדִּשְׁכֶֽם׃me.ka.dish.KhemH6942you.

14Therefore you are to keepוּשְׁמַרְתֶּם֙u.she.mar.TemH8104the Sabbathהַשַּׁבָּ֔תha.sha.BatH7676,for it is holyקֹ֥דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to you.Everyone who profanesמְחַֽלְלֶ֙יהָ֙me.cha.Lei.haH2490it mustH4191be putH4191toH4191deathH4191;for whoeverכָּל־kol-H3605doesהָעֹשֶׂ֥הha.'o.SehH6213anyworkמְלָאכָ֔הme.la.KhahH4399on it, that personהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall be cutוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772offH3772from amongמִקֶּ֥רֶבmi.Ke.revH7130his peopleעַמֶּֽיהָ׃'a.Mei.haH5971.

15For sixשֵׁ֣שֶׁתShe.shetH8337daysיָמִים֮ya.MimH3117workמְלָאכָה֒me.la.KhahH4399may be doneיֵעָשֶׂ֣הye.'a.SehH6213,but on the seventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֗יha.she.vi.'IH7637dayוּבַיּ֣וֹםu.vai.YomH3117there is aSabbathשַׁבַּ֧תsha.BatH7676of completeH7677restH7677,holyקֹ֖דֶשׁKo.deshH6944to the Lordלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068;whoeverכָּל־kol-H3605doesהָעֹשֶׂ֧הha.'o.SehH6213anyworkמְלָאכָ֛הme.la.KhahH4399on the Sabbathהַשַּׁבָּ֖תha.sha.BatH7676dayבְּי֥וֹםbe.YomH3117mustH4191be putH4191toH4191deathH4191.

16So the sonsבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478shall keepוְשָׁמְר֥וּve.sha.me.RuH8104the Sabbathהַשַּׁבָּ֑תha.sha.BatH7676, tocelebrateלַעֲשׂ֧וֹתla.'a.SotH6213the Sabbathהַשַּׁבָּ֛תha.sha.BatH7676throughout their generationsלְדֹרֹתָ֖םle.do.ro.TamH1755as a permanentעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769covenantבְּרִ֥יתbe.RitH1285.’
