Matthew 26:17-25
171NowG1161 on the firstG4413 day of 2UnleavenedG106 Bread the disciplesG3101 cameG4334 to JesusG2424 and askedG3004, “WhereG4226 do You wantG2309 us to prepareG2090 for You to eatG2068 the PassoverG3957?” 18And He saidG3004, “GoG5217 into the cityG4172 to 3a certainG1170 manG1170, and sayG3004 to him, ‘The TeacherG1320 saysG3004, “4My timeG2540 is nearG1451; I am to keepG4160 the PassoverG3957 at your house with My disciplesG3101.”’” 19The disciplesG3101 didG4160 as JesusG2424 had directedG4929 them; and they preparedG2090 the PassoverG3957.
205NowG1161 when eveningG3798 cameG1096, Jesus was recliningG345 at the table with the twelveG1427 disciplesG3101. 21As they were eatingG2068, He saidG3004, “6TrulyG281 I sayG3004 to you that oneG1520 of you will betrayG3860 Me.” 22Being deeplyG4970 grievedG3076, they 7eachG1538 oneG1520 beganG757 to sayG3004 to Him, “SurelyG3385 not I, LordG2962?” 23And He answeredG611, “8He who dippedG1686 his handG5495 with Me in the bowlG5165 is the oneG3778 who will betrayG3860 Me. 24The SonG5207 of ManG444 is to goG5217, 9justG2531 as it is writtenG1125 of Him; but woeG3759 to that manG444 by whomG3739 the SonG5207 of ManG444 is betrayedG3860! 10It would have beenG1510 goodG2570 11for that manG444 ifG1487 he had not been bornG1080.” 25And 12JudasG2455, who was betrayingG3860 Him, saidG3004, “SurelyG3385 it is not I, 13RabbiG4461?” Jesus saidG3004 to him, “14You have saidG3004 it yourselfG4771.”
