Matthew 21:42-46
42JesusG2424 saidG3004 to them, “Did you neverG3763 readG314 in the ScripturesG1124, ‘1The stoneG3037 whichG3739 the buildersG3618 rejectedG593, ThisG3778 becameG1096 the chiefG2776 cornerG1137 stone; ThisG3778 cameG1096 about from the LordG2962, And it is marvelousG2298 in our eyesG3788’? 43ThereforeG1223G3778 I sayG3004 to you, the kingdomG932 of GodG2316 will be takenG142 awayG142 from you and givenG1325 to a 2peopleG1484, producingG4160 the fruitG2590 of it. 44And 3he who fallsG4098 on thisG3778 stoneG3037 will be brokenG4917 to piecesG4917; but on whomeverG3739G302 it fallsG4098, it will scatterG3039 him likeG3039 dustG3039.”
45When the chiefG749 priestsG749 and the PhariseesG5330 heardG191 His parablesG3850, they understoodG1097 that He was speakingG3004 aboutG4012 them. 46When they soughtG2212 to seizeG2902 Him, they 4fearedG5399 the 5peopleG3793, becauseG1893 they consideredG2192 Him to be a 6prophetG4396.
