Mark 9:17-22
And oneG1520 of the crowdG3793 answeredG611 Him, “TeacherG1320, I broughtG5342 You my sonG5207, possessedG2192 with a spiritG4151 which makes him muteG216;
and 1wheneverG3699 it seizesG2638 him, it 2slamsG4486 him to the ground and he foamsG875 at the mouth, and grindsG5149 his teethG3599 and 3stiffensG3583 out. I toldG3004 Your disciplesG3101 to castG1544 it out, and they couldG2480 not do it.”
And He answeredG611 them and saidG3004, “OG5599 unbelievingG571 generationG1074, howG2193 longG2193G4219 shall I be with you? HowG2193 longG2193G4219 shall I putG430 up with you? BringG5342 him to Me!”
They broughtG5342 4the boy to Him. WhenG2532 he sawG3708 Him, immediatelyG2117 the spiritG4151 threwG4952 him into a convulsionG4952, and fallingG4098 to the groundG1093, he began rollingG2947 aroundG2947 and foamingG875 at the mouth.
And He askedG1905 his fatherG3962, “HowG4214 longG5550 has thisG3778 beenG1510 happeningG1096 to him?” And he saidG3004, “From childhoodG3812.
It has oftenG4178 thrownG906 him bothG2532 into the fireG4442 and into the waterG5204 to destroyG622 him. But ifG1487 You canG1410 do anythingG5100, takeG4697 pityG4697 on us and helpG997 us!”
