Darby Bible
Job 19:7-20
Behold, I cryH6817 out of wrong, and I am not heard; I cryH6817 aloud, but there is no judgmentH4941.
He hath hedged up my wayH734 that I cannot passH5674, and he hath setH7760 darknessH2822 in my pathsH734.
He hath strippedH6584 me of my gloryH3519, and taken the crownH5850 from my headH7218.
He breaketh me downH5422 on every side, and I am gone; and my hopeH8615 hath he tornH5422 up as a treeH6086.
And he hath kindled his angerH639 against me, and hath counted me unto him as one of his enemies.
His troopsH1416 have comeH935 togetherH3162 and cast up their wayH1870 against me, and have encampedH2583 roundH5439 about my tentH168.
He hath putH7368 my brethren farH7368 from me, and mine acquaintance are quite estranged from me.
My kinsfolk have failed, and my knownH3045 friends have forgottenH7911 me.
The sojourners in my houseH1004 and my maids count me as a stranger; I amH1961 an alienH5237 in their sight.
I calledH7121 my servantH5650, and he answeredH6030 not; I entreated him with my mouthH6310.
My breathH7307 is strangeH2114 to my wifeH802, and my entreaties to the children of my [mother's] wombH990.
Even youngH5759 children despise me; I riseH6965 up, and they speakH1696 against me.
All my intimate friendsH157 abhorH8581 me, and they whom I lovedH157 are turnedH2015 against me.
My bonesH6106 cleave to my skinH5785 and to my fleshH1320, and I am escapedH4422 with the skinH5785 of my teethH8127.
