Samuel 12:16-20
And DavidH1732 besought 1GodH430 for the child; and DavidH1732 fastedH6684, and wentH935 in, and layH7901 all night on the earthH776.
And the eldersH2205 of his houseH1004 aroseH6965, [and went] to him, to raiseH6965 him up from the earthH776; but he wouldH14 not, and he ate no breadH3899 with them.
And it came to pass on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, that the childH3206 diedH4191. And the servantsH5650 of DavidH1732 fearedH3372 to tellH5046 him that the childH3206 wasH1961 deadH4191; for they saidH559, Behold, while the childH3206 wasH1961 yet aliveH2416, we spokeH1696 to him, and he would not hearken to our voiceH6963; and howH349 shall we sayH559 to him, The childH3206 is deadH4191? he may do some harmH7451.
But DavidH1732 sawH7200 that his servantsH5650 whispered, and DavidH1732 perceived that the childH3206 was deadH4191; and DavidH1732 saidH559 to his servantsH5650, Is the childH3206 deadH4191? And they saidH559, He is deadH4191.
Then DavidH1732 aroseH6965 from the earthH776, and washedH7364, and anointed himself, and changedH2498 his clothingH8071, and entered into the houseH1004 of Jehovah and worshipped; then he cameH935 to his own houseH1004 and required them to setH7760 breadH3899 before him, and he ateH398.
