26So Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872stoodוַיַּעֲמֹ֤דvai.ya.'a.ModH5975at the entranceבְּשַׁ֣עַרbe.Sha.'arH8179to the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הha.ma.cha.NehH4264and saidוַיֹּ֕אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Whoeverמִ֥יmiH4310is for the LORDלַיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068,come to meאֵלָ֑י'e.LaiH413.”And allכָּל־kol-H3605the Levitesבְּנֵ֥י לֵוִֽי׃be.Nei le.ViH1121H3878gatheredוַיֵּאָסְפ֥וּvai.ye.'a.se.FuH622around himאֵלָ֖יו'e.LavH413.
27He toldוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559them, “This is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559: ‘Each of you menאִישׁ־'ish-H376is to fastenשִׂ֥ימוּSi.muH7760his swordחַרְבּ֖וֹchar.BoH2719toעַל־'al-H5921his sideיְרֵכ֑וֹye.re.KhoH3409,go back and forthעִבְר֨וּ וָשׁ֜וּבוּ'iv.Ru va.Shu.vuH5674H7725through the campבַּֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הba.ma.cha.NehH4264from gateמִשַּׁ֤עַרmi.Sha.'arH8179to gateלָשַׁ֙עַר֙la.Sha.'arH8179אִֽישׁ־'ish-H376אֶת־'et-H853,and slayוְהִרְג֧וּve.hir.GuH2026his brotherאָחִ֛יו וְאִ֥ישׁ'a.Chiv ve.'IshH251H376אֶת־'et-H853,his friendרֵעֵ֖הוּ וְאִ֥ישׁre.'E.hu ve.'IshH7453H376אֶת־'et-H853,and his neighborקְרֹבֽוֹ׃ke.ro.VoH7138.’”
28The Levitesבְנֵֽי־ לֵוִ֖יve.nei- le.ViH1121H3878didוַיַּֽעֲשׂ֥וּvai.ya.'a.SuH6213as Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872commandedכִּדְבַ֣רkid.VarH1697,and thatהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117about threeכִּשְׁלֹ֥שֶׁתkish.Lo.shetH7969thousandאַלְפֵ֖י'al.FeiH505אִֽישׁ׃'IshH376ofמִן־min-H4480the peopleהָעָם֙ha.'AmH5971fell deadוַיִּפֹּ֤לvai.yi.PolH5307.
29Afterward, Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Todayהַיּוֹם֙hai.yOmH3117you have been ordainedמִלְא֨וּmil.'UH4390for serviceיֶדְכֶ֤םyed.KhemH3027to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068,sinceכִּ֛יkiH3588each manאִ֥ישׁ'ishH376went against his sonבִּבְנ֖וֹbiv.NoH1121and his brotherוּבְאָחִ֑יוu.ve.'a.ChivH251;so the LORD has bestowedוְלָתֵ֧תve.la.TetH5414a blessingבְּרָכָֽה׃be.ra.KhahH1293on youעֲלֵיכֶ֛ם'a.lei.KhemH5921this dayהַיּ֖וֹםhai.YomH3117.”
