20But they did notוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808listenשָׁמְע֣וּsha.me.'UH8085toאֶל־'el-H413Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872;some peopleאֲנָשִׁ֤ים'a.na.ShimH582leftוַיּוֹתִ֨רוּvai.yo.Ti.ruH3498part ofמִמֶּ֙נּוּ֙mi.Me.nuH4480it untilעַד־'ad-H5704morningבֹּ֔קֶרBo.kerH1242,and it became infestedוַיָּ֥רֻםvai.Ya.rumH7311with maggotsתּוֹלָעִ֖יםto.la.'ImH8438and began to smellוַיִּבְאַ֑שׁvai.yiv.'AshH887.So Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃mo.ShehH4872was angryוַיִּקְצֹ֥ףvai.yik.TzofH7107with themעֲלֵהֶ֖ם'a.le.HemH5921.

21Every morningH1242אֹתוֹ֙'o.ToH853each oneאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376gatheredוַיִּלְקְט֤וּvai.yil.ke.TuH3950as muchכְּפִ֣יke.FiH6310as was neededאָכְל֑וֹ'a.khe.LoH400,and when the sunהַשֶּׁ֖מֶשׁha.She.meshH8121grew hotוְחַ֥םve.ChamH2552,it melted awayוְנָמָֽס׃ve.na.MasH4549.

22וַיְהִ֣י׀vay.HiH1961On the sixthהַשִּׁשִּׁ֗יha.shi.ShiH8345dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117,they gatheredלָֽקְט֥וּla.ke.TuH3950twiceמִשְׁנֶ֔הmish.NehH4932as much foodלֶ֙חֶם֙le.chemH3899—twoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147omersהָעֹ֖מֶרha.'O.merH6016per personלָאֶחָ֑דla.'e.ChadH259—and allכָּל־kol-H3605the leadersנְשִׂיאֵ֣יne.si.'EiH5387of the congregationהָֽעֵדָ֔הha.'e.DahH5712cameוַיָּבֹ֙אוּ֙vai.ya.Vo.'uH935and reportedוַיַּגִּ֖ידוּvai.ya.Gi.duH5046this to Mosesלְמֹשֶֽׁה׃le.mo.ShehH4872.

23He told themוַיֹּ֣אמֶר אֲלֵהֶ֗םvai.Yo.mer 'a.le.HemH559 H413, “Thisה֚וּאhu'H1931is whatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068has saidדִּבֶּ֣רdi.BerH1696: ‘Tomorrowמָחָ֑רma.CharH4279is to bea day of complete restשַׁבָּת֧וֹןsha.ba.TonH7677,a holyקֹ֛דֶשׁKo.deshH6944Sabbathשַׁבַּת־sha.bat-H7676to the LORDלַֽיהוָ֖הla.Yah.wehH3068.Soאֵ֣ת'etH853bakeתֹּאפ֞וּto.FuH644whatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834you want to bakeאֵפ֗וּ'e.FuH644,andוְאֵ֤תve.'EtH853boilתְּבַשְּׁלוּ֙te.va.she.LuH1310whatאֲשֶֽׁר־'a.Sher-H834you want to boilבַּשֵּׁ֔לוּba.She.luH1310.Then set asideהַנִּ֧יחוּha.Ni.chuH5117וְאֵת֙ve.'EtH853whateverכָּל־kol-H3605remainsהָ֣עֹדֵ֔ףha.'o.DefH5736and keep itלְמִשְׁמֶ֖רֶתle.mish.Me.retH4931untilעַד־'ad-H5704morningהַבֹּֽקֶר׃ha.Bo.kerH1242.’”

24So they set it asideוַיַּנִּ֤יחוּvai.ya.Ni.chuH5117אֹתוֹ֙'o.ToH853untilעַד־'ad-H5704morningהַבֹּ֔קֶרha.Bo.kerH1242asכַּאֲשֶׁ֖רka.'a.SherH834Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872had commandedצִוָּ֣הtzi.VahH6680,and it did notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808smellהִבְאִ֔ישׁhiv.'IshH887orלֹא־lo'-H3808containהָ֥יְתָהHa.ye.tahH1961any maggotsוְרִמָּ֖הve.ri.MahH7415.
