24At morningהַבֹּ֔קֶרha.Bo.kerH1242watchבְּאַשְׁמֹ֣רֶתbe.'ash.Mo.retH821,howeverוַֽיְהִי֙vay.HiH1961,the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068looked downוַיַּשְׁקֵ֤ףvai.yash.KefH8259onאֶל־'el-H413the armyמַחֲנֵ֣הma.cha.NehH4264of the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4713from the pillarבְּעַמּ֥וּדbe.'a.MudH5982of fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784and cloudוְעָנָ֑ןve.'a.NanH6051,and He threw their camp into confusionוַיָּ֕הָםvai.Ya.homH2000אֵ֖ת'etH853מַחֲנֵ֥הma.cha.NehH4264מִצְרָֽיִם׃mitz.Ra.yimH4713.
25He caused their chariotמַרְכְּבֹתָ֔יוmar.ke.vo.TavH4818wheelsאֹפַ֣ן'o.FanH212to wobbleוַיָּ֗סַרvai.Ya.sarH5493,אֵ֚ת'etH853so that they had difficultyבִּכְבֵדֻ֑תbikh.ve.DutH3517drivingוַֽיְנַהֲגֵ֖הוּvay.na.ha.Ge.huH5090. “Let us fleeאָנ֙וּסָה֙'a.Nu.sahH5127fromמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH6440the Israelitesיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,”saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֗יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714, “forכִּ֣יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068is fightingנִלְחָ֥םnil.ChamH3898for themagainst Egyptבְּמִצְרָֽיִם פbe.mitz.Ra.yimH4714!”
26Then the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, “Stretch outנְטֵ֥הne.TehH5186אֶת־'et-H853your handיָדְךָ֖ya.de.KhaH3027overעַל־'al-H5921the seaהַיָּ֑םhai.YamH3220,so that the watersהַמַּ֙יִם֙ha.Ma.yimH4325may flow backוְיָשֻׁ֤בוּve.ya.Shu.vuH7725overעַל־'al-H5921the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714andעַל־'al-H5921their chariotsרִכְבּ֖וֹ וְעַל־rikh.Bo ve.'al-H7393H5921and horsemenפָּרָשָֽׁיו׃pa.ra.ShavH6571.”
