26But as forוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063,who sentהַשֹּׁלֵ֤חַha.sho.Le.achH7971youאֶתְכֶם֙'et.KhemH853to inquireלִדְר֣וֹשׁlid.Ro.oshH1875of the LORDבַּֽיהוָ֔הba.Yah.wehH3068,tell himתֹאמְר֖וּ אֵלָ֑יו סto.me.Ru 'e.LavH559 H413thatכֹּ֥הkohH3541this is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559: ‘As for the wordsהַדְּבָרִ֖יםha.de.va.RimH1697thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834you heardשָׁמָֽעְתָּ׃sha.Ma.'e.taH8085,

28‘Now I will indeedהִנְנִ֨יhi.NiH2005gatherאֹֽסִפְךָ֜'o.sif.KhaH622you toאֶל־'el-H413your fathersאֲבֹתֶ֗יךָ'a.vo.Tei.khaH1,and you will be gatheredוְנֶאֱסַפְתָּ֣ve.ne.'e.saf.TaH622toאֶל־'el-H413your graveקִבְרֹתֶיךָ֮kiv.ro.tei.ChaH6913in peaceבְּשָׁלוֹם֒be.sha.lOmH7965.Your eyesעֵינֶ֔יךָ'ei.Nei.khaH5869will notוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808seeתִרְאֶ֣ינָהtir.'Ei.nahH7200allבְּכֹל֙be.KholH3605the calamityהָֽרָעָ֔הha.ra.'AhH7451thatאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834Iאֲנִ֥י'a.NiH589will bringמֵבִ֛יאme.Vi'H935onעַל־'al-H5921thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088placeהַמָּק֥וֹםha.ma.KomH4725and onוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921its peopleיֹשְׁבָ֑יוyo.she.VavH3427.’”So they broughtוַיָּשִׁ֥יבוּvai.ya.Shi.vuH7725herאֶת־'et-H853answerדָּבָֽר׃ פda.VarH1697back to the kingהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428.

29Then the kingהַמֶּ֑לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428summonedוַיִּשְׁלַ֖ח וַיֶּאֱסֹ֕ףvai.yish.Lach vai.ye.'e.SofH7971 H622אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605the eldersזִקְנֵ֥יzik.NeiH2205of Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063and Jerusalemוִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃vi.ru.sha.LimH3389.

31So the kingהַמֶּ֜לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428stoodוַיַּעֲמֹ֨דvai.ya.'a.ModH5975byעַל־'al-H5921the pillarעָמְד֗וֹa.me.DoH5977and madeוַיִּכְרֹ֣תvai.yikh.RotH3772אֶֽת־'et-H853a covenantהַבְּרִית֮ha.be.RitH1285beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068to followלָלֶ֜כֶת אַחֲרֵ֣יla.Le.khet 'a.cha.ReiH1980 H310the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068and to keepוְלִשְׁמ֤וֹרve.lish.MorH8104אֶת־'et-H853His commandmentsמִצְוֹתָיו֙mitz.vo.TavH4687,decreesוְעֵֽדְוֹתָ֣יוve.'e.de.vo.TavH5715,and statutesוְחֻקָּ֔יוve.chu.KavH2706with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605his heartלְבָב֖וֹle.va.VoH3824and allוּבְכָל־u.ve.Khol-H3605his soulנַפְשׁ֑וֹnaf.ShoH5315,and to carry outלַעֲשׂוֹת֙la.'a.sOtH6213אֶת־'et-H853the wordsדִּבְרֵ֣יdiv.ReiH1697of the covenantהַבְּרִ֔יתha.be.RitH1285that were writtenהַכְּתוּבִ֖יםha.ke.tu.VimH3789inעַל־'al-H5921thisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088bookהַסֵּ֥פֶרha.Se.ferH5612.

32Then he had everyoneכָּל־ הַנִּמְצָ֥אkol- ha.nim.Tza'H3605 H4672in Jerusalemבִירוּשָׁלִַ֖םvi.ru.sha.LimH3389and Benjaminוּבִנְיָמִ֑ןu.vin.ya.MinH1144take a stand in agreement to itוַיַּעֲמֵ֕דvai.ya.'a.MedH5975אֵ֛ת'etH853.So all the peopleיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֔םye.ru.sha.LimH3389carried outוַֽיַּעֲשׂוּ֙vai.ya.'a.SuH6213the covenantכִּבְרִ֥יתkiv.RitH1285of Godאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of their fathersאֲבוֹתֵיהֶֽם׃'a.vo.tei.HemH1.
