Numbers 11:1-10
1And the peopleH5971 wereH1961 as murmurers, speaking evilH7451 in the earsH241 of Jehovah: and when Jehovah heardH8085 it, his angerH639 wasH1961 kindled; and the fireH784 of Jehovah burnt among them, and devouredH398 in the uttermost part of the campH4264. 2And the peopleH5971 criedH6817 unto MosesH4872; and MosesH4872 prayedH6419 unto Jehovah, and the fireH784 abated. 3And the nameH8034 of that placeH4725 was calledH7121 TaberahH8404, because the fireH784 of Jehovah burnt among them.
4And the mixed multitude that was among them lusted exceedingly: and the children of IsraelH3478 alsoH1571 weptH1058 again, and saidH559, Who shall give us fleshH1320 to eatH398? 5We rememberH2142 the fishH1710, which we did eatH398 in EgyptH4714 for nought; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlic: 6but nowH6258 our soulH5315 is driedH3002 away; there is nothingH369 at all save this mannaH4478 to look upon. 7And the mannaH4478 was like corianderH1407 seedH2233, and the appearanceH5869 thereof as the appearanceH5869 of bdelliumH916. 8The peopleH5971 went about, and gatheredH3950 it, and groundH2912 it in mills, or beat it in mortars, and boiledH1310 it in pots, and madeH6213 cakesH5692 of it: and the tasteH2940 of it wasH1961 as the tasteH2940 of fresh oilH8081. 9And when the dewH2919 fell upon the campH4264 in the nightH3915, the mannaH4478 fell upon it.
10And MosesH4872 heardH8085 the peopleH5971 weepingH1058 throughout their familiesH4940, every manH376 at the doorH6607 of his tentH168: and the angerH639 of Jehovah was kindled greatly; and MosesH4872 was displeased.
